Had a really amazing experience!! Ran around to a few places, and was even completely ignored at another shop, but Auburn Flowers was as helpful as could be!!I was able to order a set of flowers for a friend recovering from surgery that morning & pick them up by the evening. I forget the name of who helped me (sorry), but she let me set a price point, asked my opinions and genuinely seemed care! Cannot express how wonderful the arrangement turned out and how much it meant to my friend. A customer for life, War Eagle!!

I am so incredibly disappointed with Auburn Flower & Gifts service. Flowers were ordered for my grandmother’s funeral set to be delivered the day before. The flowers are beautiful but sadly no one was able to see the almost 200$ flowers because they arrived after the funeral started. Do you know how embarrassing and heartbreaking it is to have no flowers for your grandmother at her funeral. And on top of that there was no refund or any kind of accountability for this situation. The excuse was awful, trying to convince us they just thought we’d want the flowers the day of so they “look better”. I expect to have something delivered when it is agreed to be delivered,I’m sure they would have looked perfectly fine after one night so I really can’t take that excuse. I am just astonished.

I have ordered from Auburn Flowers & Gifts many times and I have never been disappointed. I have had flowers delivered and I have placed orders to be picked up, and no matter what, the flowers are gorgeous! The family that owns this store is very kind, and they put a lot of love and care into making the arrangements. I highly recommend them!

For my daughters birthday i ordered bluebell flowers and they got me lupines. I told them that it was literally bluebells and returned both of the flowers but never got my money back. Oh and they were aggressive about it and yelling saying they got the right flowers.

I would give zero stars but you have to select a star, so one it is. If a grieving customer puts confidences in a business to deliver flowers to their loved one’s funeral, then they should honor their wishes. Flowers not being delivered ON THE DAY THEY WERE SCHEDULED is unacceptable. When a family pays for flowers and sets a delivery time and date for their loved one’s flowers, they are suppose to be delivered at the time the family requested, NOT delivered a DAY LATE. A grieving family shouldn’t have to worry about something like flowers. This florist opens at 8:30 am, funeral was at 9:30 am, no reason why the flower should not have been delivered on time like the family ask. If this florist could not have made the delivery at that time, the family should have been told when placing the order!! This business has shown things are on THEIR time NOT THE CUSTOMERS! And as far as the “add photos & videos”, well the flowers was a day late, so they wasn’t set out at the funeral, so no picture to add! Also this business has refused to refund the money to the family, not to mention how rude they have been about it. Arguing and pointing blame on the funeral home doesn’t make your business look any better.

Our family did not receive the flowers for our Grandmother’s funeral. Despite the fact that they were suppose to be delivered the day before the florist decided to be lazy and blame their incompetence on others. They were instead delivered when the service began. Perhaps if the florist could have just been honest about the actual day of delivery and quality of their service this could all have been avoided and we would have used a different florist. But no instead they are just looking to make money off of grieving families by lying. Would not recommend. Why be in a business that requires skills such as hospitality and compassion if you have none?
