I walked in straight into the door while it was busy and Willie D instantly asked how I was doing and proceeded to help me find the material I was looking for. Great service from Willie and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

This is for the Auburn, AL store.
I wasted over an hour and a half just driving to and dealing with the store that said they had the parts, just to be sent to another store.
I called to see if they had a tensioner pulley, serpentine belt, and thermostat for a certain vehicle, and they said they did.
They were bringing me the wrong parts that were not even a tensioner pulley. I opened the box and showed him that it wasn't what I needed. It still took over 30 minutes for them to find out they didn't have the parts.
They told me another store had it, but they didn't call the store to make sure. I did drive to the Valley store, and they expressed that the Auburn store never calls them to make sure... Thankfully, they did have one, and the truck is fixed.
Auburn store is chaotic.
The Valley store is always very helpful.

I came in today to pick up an order and this lady was very rude & disrespectful. She claimed to be a manager once I asked for one. If so, she should be demoted because the way she treated me was unacceptable.

I can't rave enough about how awesome the AutoZone in Auburn was this morning! My daughter woke up to a dead battery, and I was 12 hours away and couldn't do anything to help! She was able to jump her car and drive to AutoZone. They tested her battery to make sure it was bad and then changed it for her - in less than 15 minutes! Total Cost? The cost of the battery, less a 10% student discount! Fantastic customer service, and they made this Mama feel so much better!!! Thank you Auburn Autozone!

I never leave reviews but Chris, the store manager, was EXTREMELY helpful and so kind. He ran a test on my car and replaced my car battery for me! Thank you!

So I guess leaving a one star review doesn’t do anything for them because they seemed to have deleted my previous post about my awful experience at AutoZone w one of their older female employees. I appreciate how instead of addressing the issue, AutoZone just deletes you comment if they don’t want to deal with you.

Staff very helpful.
I went to 3 other auto parts stores and they didn’t have my part and their a/c went out.
Auto zone had the part and the a/c worked great!

I live in Birmingham. My son attends Auburn University (Roll Tide!!! :-) ). My sons car had a dead battery so I drove to Auburn to deal with the situation. This Autozone is the closest to my sons apartment. THEY WERE AWESOME!!! Alex is a SUPERSTAR ROCKSTAR!! She helped me pick a battery for my sons vehicle and proceeded to install it for me. That may sound like S.O.P. but the battery in my sons car was located behind the passenger seat on the floor! I've never heard of such but Alex didn't skip a beat!! She got the old battery put and the new battery in and it took her less than 30 minutes! And this is July in Alabama so it's hot as hell outside! Like I said SUPERSTAR ROCKSTAR! Thank you Alex. You are wonderful! The other staff at this Autozone were also very nice and cordial. Highly highly recommend. Ask for Alex!!

The manager was rude and disrespectful, leaving in the middle of our conversation. He took three smoke breaks in a span of ten minutes. Despite there being two staff members, no one helped me. The thin lady kept saying the manager would assist me, but he wasn't helpful. I paid $92 for a cooling spray for the AC, which isn't working. When I asked the manager about it, he didn’t care and just left to smoke cigarettes. I called out to him, but he ignored me. The service was terrible, and they didn’t give me a refund either.
