Bath & Body Works is a store with friendly and helpful staff and managers who provide fantastic, excellent service. The associates are fun and give great service, making shopping trips a pleasant and rewarding experience. The store is conveniently located, though some wish it were bigger. Customers love the interaction and helpful suggestions for finding new scents and products. Many stock up on amazing-smelling 3-wick candles during great deals like Candle Day and enjoy plug-ins to keep their home fresh. The rewards program is excellent and easy to earn with. While some fragrances are discontinued, customers find new favorites.

I love this store!!! Friendly staff and love the interaction with finding me new scents. Great job you guys keep up the great work!!! Might I add I love how great the managers are.
