I absolutely love Bath and Body Works! The service is always fantastic — the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making every shopping trip a pleasant experience. I always make sure to stock up on my 3-wick candles during Candle Day, as they’re such a great deal and smell amazing. While there are a few fragrances I wish they hadn’t discontinued, I’ve still found several new favorites. I also can't get enough of their plug-ins; they keep my home smelling fresh and inviting. Plus, their rewards program is excellent — it's so easy to earn rewards, making each visit even more rewarding. Highly recommend Bath and Body Works for all your home fragrance and personal care needs!

I love this store!!! Friendly staff and love the interaction with finding me new scents. Great job you guys keep up the great work!!! Might I add I love how great the managers are.

Normally love this store but if I could give it negative reviews today I would. My cashier was actively on the phone on her earpiece getting me confused with who she was talking to and put my phone number in wrong. I actively put into practice ending phone calls before interacting in transactions and I expect the same from a place of business. Very disappointed

Zoe is a horrible cashier. No interaction whatsoever… just looks at you… did not offer any specials and the manager next to her was not any better. Main reason I shoponline.
