Behind the Glass is a boutique in Auburn with a fantastic variety of clothes, accessories, shoes, and fun gifts. They have plenty of cute items on sale at all times. Their customer service is amazing, attentive, kind, and so happy to help, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff goes out of their way to assist, ensuring a great experience both in-store and with online orders, which arrive quickly. They are known to be very kind over the phone and include thoughtful notes with purchases. It is a highly recommended shop with super cute clothes and amazing service.
Great store, great products! Just can't return anything unless it's for store credit only. Make sure you're happy with your purchases before you buy (you probably will be!).

Super cute clothes and amazing customer service! I ordered a package to be sent out of state and the package unfortunately was displaced by USPS. BTG went out of their way to replace the item (although it wasn't their fault) and very kind over the phone. Will continue to shop from here!
