I am currently looking to move and I am feeling the stress. I called over and met Kelly. Kelly is professional and knowledgeable. Kelly has made this process so much easier. The facility is so clean and well maintained. If you are looking for excellent customer service and a safe facility this is a perfect spot. Thank you Kelly!!

I rented a space on the third floor, I believe, for nearly 2 years for 90% of my belongings. Never really had issues. I ended up getting a job and moving, and when I went to get my things, I noticed that there was a huge wet spot going down the covers protecting my mattress. I already had concerns in regards to the temperature because every other place that I’ve had to rent a storage unit from, the temperatures were cooler. I felt it was warm on every single floor in this building, but when I rented, it was a bad time and students needed storage as well. As we unloaded more of my stuff, I found bird poop on my items (that were clean when they went in). I ignored cobwebs on items because I figured you can’t control everything, although that never happened at any other storage place. When I was unpacking at my new place, I opened two heavy duty storage containers, and ALL of my plates and bowls were full of mildew/mold (some ruined because of how it sunk into them and they are not a cheap set, passed down to me from a family member). Those plates and bowls went in dry and the way they were packaged should not have caused mildew/mold. I am now dealing with excessive skin irritation, so I’m going to have to hire someone to come test the furniture/couch/mattress that was sitting in that storage unit to ensure that I am not having reactions to mildew or mold because of the condition that items came out of the storage unit. I hate leaving complaints, but I paid thousands to keep my furniture safe, in good elements and I’m left with this headache and dealing with health issues. I was never comfortable with how warm it was in that building, but was always told that it would be fine. And I was out of luck anyways, because all the other storage units were getting taken up around town. It total, I would check your things often if you keep it in this storage facility.
The staff are friendly, they were always wonderful to me. I highly doubt they control the temperature of the storage unit/building. But I hope this is something that can be taken to corporate. The building makes thousands from these units, so ensuring the temperature is cooler so that humidity and other elements don’t ruin people’s belongings will save the company from potential legal issues. Replacing furniture costs thousands. Cleaning professionally, can cost hundreds or more.

This is by far the best storage space to use. The staff are amazing and the place is extremely customer friendly, clean and air conditioned.

The price has doubled since I started rented in March, and they keep the temperature at 80 degrees. For something I am paying so much for, it’s not even sure my items will remain in good condition. They are advertising temperature control, but the lowest I’ve seen at is 78 degrees. It’s inacceptable.

The price of my storage unit has increased every month and is now doubled since I originally signed my lease with Bent Creek Storage! According to the staff the rent can change without notice per the agreement I was forced into when they took over. Will be scheduling a move out soon.

Extremely disappointed. Rented through Extra Space in Naples Florida (good experience) and they kept it cooler in southern Florida than in Auburn Alabama. Moved into our Alabama unit and we were melting. It was set at 80 degrees and I am seriously worried that our items will remain in good condition. I do not know how they can advertise climate controlled and keep it that warm. I spoke to the people at the front desk and they were just recently purchased by Easy Storage and they made them turn the temperature up.

best storage around. guy at the front desk was really nice and was willing to call other local businesses to help us find a place. we ended up just staying here and renting.very clean facility, super organized, key coded entry, and they have a really nice elevator big enough to fit most furniture

Bent Creek Storage is modern and well kept. It has all the amenities I was looking for. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure that I found a unit to fit my storage needs. The security features are excellent and the rates very reasonable.
