I bought a couch with recliners on both ends from Big Lots in April 2022 paid it off April 2023. Called them last month to let them know it wouldn’t recline any more. They ask did I take out the warranty on it and I did not. Sorry we can’t do anything about it, told me to call the company that made it. I live alone and it has rarely been sat on, in fact I was moving from one end to the other to keep it looking about the same. So no I do not like to do business with a company that does not stand behind what they sale.

Joe! Joe, was the absolute best. I was in town to help my son find a full apartment of furniture that was available to take home NOW. It's a holiday weekend and we were just hoping we could find something. Joe, made this stop fun and so productive. He was awesome. I am so grateful he was working when we stopped in. He's an asset to your company.

Great store for bargains; however, the 100 count of dog pee pads are $10 MORE than they were earlier this year. I may need to get them elsewhere in the future, as I make a special trip to Big Lot's to get them. And then buy other stuff.
