I came in today and the lady running the counter was extremely rude and unpleasant. I still continued to be nice to her and all I got back was attitude. I will not be returning to this location if she is working. Cashier name on receipt says: Johnston

Bought a gift card that the clerk did not activate. Returned the next day to have it activated and was very rudely instructed to come back later when the manager was on duty. Did return when the manager was on duty only to be told there was nothing she could do and to come back at 10pm. Ended up disputing with the credit card company but very unprofessional customer service from Circle K as they effectively stole my $25 and treated me like a thief.

So me and my friends went to buy gas and hot dogs, we paid for the gas and one of us went to pump it, after looking around for a little bit we got the hot dogs and tried to pay for it, but when we was trying to pay the lady behind the desk told us to get out, I left and tried to go back to make sure everything was paid for but she told me to leave she didn't even try to tell me what was wrong no matter how many times I asked so I can resolve whatever it is that happened. then my friend went in there and they threatened to call the cops If we don't leave. So we did and we tried to call to see what happened, why did they kick us out and threatened police but they hung up the phone without saying a word. What did we do, we go there for drinks, food, and gas quite often and do nothing wrong ?

I've moved here in August of 2021 and either the station is closed with a note on the door, or there is a new rude cashier. Obviously management's not keeping track. Had to edit this post!!! Different circkeK

The lady at the register was VERY rude! I went one evening to purchase a bottle of water and Flaming Hot Cheetos. When I got to the register she asked for my ID. A little hesitant (I wasn't buying anything that needed an ID) I said my wallet was at home. I just had a couple of dollars cash in my pocket to buy the Cheetos and water. She told me that "I was with the lady in front of me which was buying alcohol." She told me that I had to show ID cause I was "with her." I have never seen this lady in my life. After telling her that I didn't have my ID, she didn't let the lady in front of me check out since I didn't have my ID. I'd understand if she was with me, but this was a complete stranger. She told me "we have it on camera that you are with her." I asked her to check the camera to prove I didn't know her, but she told me no and to leave the store. Management or even corporate needs to do something because this isn't the only bad complaint about this store...

Very bad service. He name I don't know.Old black guy he put on cowboy hat.Rudely and much not kind. I never met like this person. I will check his name next time. When i pay to chip card he was rudely and after check my ID throw on the desk.
