Manager Coco is clinically insane. I go there every night to get ice in my own cup and since I hadn't brought my card in with me, she made me pour out the ice I had gotten. She is a fake idiot.

Cashier was rude. Refused to take my military ID as an actual, valid ID. She acted like it wasn’t “official” and said I need something else. I left to grab my license. She pushed me over to the other cashier (who was nice) and I mentioned that’s a federally issued ID. Unsure why she didn’t want to accept that just to check my DOB, which is on it. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

See, it's as if this location in particular tries to hire the most unbelievably rude and unpleasant employees as possible. Consistently. There has been a revolving door of horrible attitudes and even worse customer service for several years in this location, particularly the night shift to morning shift. It's not fair to the other Circle K locations to even be associated with this one.Super big shout outs to Mr. Bart at the Glenn/Dean Circle K and of course to Ms. Janet at the downtown Circle K. Those two go above and beyond and that's why they have customers that go to their stores just for them. This Circle K might as well just be a bathroom in the Hardee's parking lot.

The cashier was really rude and talked to me like I wasn’t shut! It was store #2706703 and the receipt said Chris Cook, I don’t know if that’s short for Christy, but this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her be like this to customers. She needs to be terminated!

If I could I give them zero stars. First off they have a numerous signs throughout, stating that if you are under 40 they ID for purchases that require them to do so. I am 44 and their ignorant, or lack of intelligence staff still require that I show ID to purchase cigarettes. Now not only they want to see the ID, but now say it is required that they scan your ID to sell you cigarettes. This is a violation of my rights, I should not have to let some little shitty gas station with workers with an IQ of 50 have my information in their system just to but cigarettes. Get your s*** together!!! I have children old enough to purchase alcohol!!! I had my ID, you could clearly see I am old enough to purchase cigarettes. To deny the sale based solely on some moron working behind the counter on a power trip refusing to sell me cigarettes, because I will not let you scan my ID is, for lack of better term, Retarded!!I hope this location goes out of business and all your mentally challenged employees lose their jobs

It's the one closest to me. I have enjoyed my monthly drink subscription. My only thing is that it could be better organized. It's crowded and somewhat messy. They usually have the boxes for the coffee drink machines right out on the drink counter.
