Terrible experience! Will not return… walked in told
What services we wanted, another family walked in instead of the worker coming back to us first she assisted the family that’s walked in behind, waited a good 20-25 minutes of just standing watching the worker not start the family piercing, just a lot of back and forth talking. Left because for one it was rude to have us wait when we walked in first! Moral of the story: WORK ON ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME AND YOU WOULD NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE.

Loved Brianne and Kiara! So sweet and very knowledgeable. Helped me with 3 ear piercings and 1 re-pierce in a short amount of time. Painless, very sanitary and clean and took all the right steps to follow company policy & make me feel comfortable simultaneously. They did everything right, were patient with me and so nice! Highly recommend!

Went in on 2-1-25, between 1 and 3. Had items and supposed to get buy 3 and get 3 free. I saw a round turn around merchandise holder. It was 50 and/or 75% off. I asked the cashier about. She walked over and showed me exactly. Great, right? WRONG. My granddaughters pick what they want so buy 3 get 3 free. Get back to casher and she rings up a balance that is totally incorrect. She said, oh, the merchandise I showed you isn't included. Seriously? Why did you explain when asked how we get the 3 free when we buy 3. She laughed, and said, oh, no, that's not what I meant. She is a liar and mislead us. I will never go back to that Claire's because that employee was totally misleading. I would rather drive 100 miles to another Claire's...IF I ever go to a Claire's again.

Completely disappointed in the quality of earrings provided. I’ve had nothing but constant problems from the set I purchased for my daughter. The back never stays on, I’ve replaced it twice with back from the actual store for them to fall off again and now the earring is lost and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I will never shop in the store again.

Yall need to updated yall times to never open bc this is the 3rd time I have came from 30 mins away and yall ain’t opened when Google says you are . Just now while I was waiting for yall to open and ordered food , they had a chic fil a worker open the gate and take the time sheet down and lock it back . No explanation or nothing . Thats insane and very inconvenient for travelers .

This Claire’s is amazing!! Gabi is the sweetest& does amazing piercings!! ive had three piercings at claire’s, but Gabi made my third piercing experience amazing!! If you get the chance to get your ears pierced at Claire’s, go to this one&ask for Gabi you won’t be disappointed!!

Both of my girls have been begging to get earrings so we finally let them. The employees were very clean and extra nice . They took every prey they could to pierce their ears safely and without much pain. They were both thrilled to get their earrings.

Terrible service from management. Got our 6 month olds ears pierced here and she pulled one earring out and the hold closed up. We took her back in same day to have it re pierced. After being told the day we got it done that they would re pierce it for free if it closed up, the manager today told us not only did we have to pay $89 to have it redone, but we also had to buy another set of ear rings from them in order for them to do it even though we had the same one we bought from them the first time with the back. Then the manager proceeded to get rude with me because I asked why she couldn't use the first one we bought from them because we still had it and told me to call corporate who isn't even open on weekends. Lady with long red braids, I didn't get her name. She checked the system to find out who pierced it and told us there was nothing she could do about the piercer telling us it would be re done for free if it closed up.

I had a truly fantastic experience all around at Claire's in Auburn.I wondered in without an appointment, on a whim, to see if they could pierce my upper lobe. Admittedly, I am in my 30s, and it's been a minute since I've had had my standard lobe pierced (pretty sure I was fourteen at the time). For some reason I had built the process up in my head to be far more painful than it actually was, and it helped that the Claire's associate had the absolute BEST bedside manner. Truly.She would dot and re-dot the piercing location on my ears until I was absolutely positive on where the hole would go, and she thoughtfully counted down with me (three, two, one) before punching the lobe. It was by far the best experience I've ever had and I only wish that everyone could have a similar experience. Even with no appointment and quite a bit of nervous energy, I was still made to feel like her top priority, and she very patiently talked me through the entire process. And I got a 20% coupon to use in-store that day on any product I'd like.Thank you to the Claire's team and thank you to my new friend with the two middle names!
