Stayed there and ran into multiple issues. As a TE I wanted to get my food credit. They informed me as I checked in online I could not do that even though the website said I could. I found pee stains around the toilet and found mold throughout the building. I was hoping to have a good breakfast, but they said there was no cook so I had to go find some. Guess I have to move back down to the Spring Hill suites.Rooms: I could tell they do not clean up everything as the bathroom was very dirty.Food & drinks: They did not offer any while I was there.Noteworthy details: I know they are working on getting rid of the mold, but it was still nasty to see it.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The reason I gave only 3 stars was due the cashless breakfast. You need to use a credit card for a cup of coffee, ridiculous they do not trust their employees with cash.

After driving over 16hrs with a teething 10 month old & having 4 more to drive, I needed to sleep. Walked in around 10:30pm, was able to get a room (103). Upon opening the room door, a sour underarms odor hit my nostrils. I then started checking the room making sure no bed bugs and bodies were in there & while doing so I noticed LOTS of stains! Stains on walls, decor pillows, comforter & top sheet, curtains, & sofa. Needless to say I was so happy when 4:45am came and I got myself & my baby ready & left! It’s crazy how these community shared spaces aren’t thoroughly cleaned & sterile like a hospital.

A lot of money for a little. No hot water, have to buy, water, coffee, breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

This hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious. However, you have to pay for a cup of coffee (IF you can find someone), there's no microwave in the room, and the communal one is awkwardly located right next to the front desk where people are checking in. The washers were both broken. We spent half the price at a Microtel that didn't look as fancy but got free breakfast, a free cup of coffee, and were able to wash clothes. If you just want a hotel that looks nice, this is the one for you. If you want one to enjoy, I'd spend less money and go somewhere else.

Great room. Very spacious. Clean and we'll appointed. Only draw back no free breakfast options. No free coffee outside your room. They did offer coffee for purchase in one of the leading chain stores. No free advert for them their products are overpriced as

Not good customer service. Didn’t let me know the tournament I was attending had a guaranteed rate. They were just going to charge me regular rate which was $50 more a room. Shame on reception. Doesn’t even offer free breakfast.

Only reason I didn't give 5 is because no breakfast. The Starbucks inside had small variety and time of business was not convenient to guest. The hotel service was amazing though and met our needs for the large amount of people that we traveled with.

Beautiful facility, very clean rooms. But this happens over and over in Marriott hotels; they fail to put a tea bag in their rooms like most of the hotel chains who includes teabag with their coffee in room. They think everyone should drink coffee only!! Reluctant to leave this feedback, but I think they should include a 10 or 25 cents Lepton black teabag in their room along coffee!! It’s a short Vison of big brand like Marriott who wouldn’t accommodate tea drinkers!! Staff is trained to be hard about it too!! Very unfortunate. I would try and remember that do not check in Marriott again unless I can grab a teabag from home or on the road… ;)

Room looked clean but the tub had hair shower and sink dirty beds were made mirror dusty streaky ,dirty carpet needed vacuum in spots Good thing I cleaned my bathroom. We just came to use the pool we live locally and could overlook lack of cleaning in room. For the high price 145.00 not worth it. I know the area finding restaurants no problem.

Absolutely not. A horrible experience! The reason we chose this hotel was because of the bar and restaurant. However, once we arrived, we learned the bar & restaurant was closed until midweek. No notice. We asked if we could buy a bottle of wine that was displayed in the vending area. The receptionist informed us that she didn’t know how to ring up the wine, she tried earlier for someone else…. But couldn’t figure it out. The shower had pubic hair on the shower wall. The heater in the room was messed up. Went to service desk and the receptionist told my spouse that the maintenance worker was just here but left 10 minutes ago, and she doubted that he would come back. About an hour later, we returned to the front desk to inform the receptionist our room was now 80 degrees and we could not stop the hot air from blowing. She informs us that they are “full” and she could refund us our money but we would probably need to find a room somewhere else. This was at 11pm after driving 10 hours. Later that night, I asked if they had a hair dryer, she laughed informed me that they don’t have those anymore after Covid. Overall, this was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had thus far. Very unprofessional staff and not accommodating to paying customers. WILL NOT RETURN!Rooms: Unclean bathroom.

My room was clean, when I checked in and out the front desk was wonderful. When you have to call the hotel, you may get anything. I had a young man not listen to me, he was talking all over the information that I was giving him. Then he hung up. I called right back, he answered the phone saying, Yes, Mrs. he said my first name, I said "What, do I know you". I have stayed with the Marriott many times. I thought I was being punked. Was it real

For $150/night, Marriott then wants you to pay $5/day for "enhanced" wifi. Without this, Netflix turned into a PowerPoint presentation, which buffered after 5 seconds. Which was ironic because the hotel has technology of this Era like using your phone as your room key which worked very well. The room provided a unique Aircraft Carrier aesthetic where the AC unit mimicked an F-16 taking off every 2-3 minutes.Bring some earplugs and have a good mobile data plan, and you'll have a comfortable bed and a nice stay.
