DO NOT use this CVS's pharmacy. I understand that places are understaffed, but this pharmacy was just awful. I use many CVS's all over, and I've never been treated so badly. I had to get some prescriptions transferred to this CVS and SAINAUTH KAMATH answered the phone extremely rude. He only answered me if I asked him a yes or no question. He was very short, and he shoved my request off and then hung up in my face. So, I assumed it was because they were overworked that he was rude with me, so I came in ,because I was STILL UNSURE IF THEY EVEN TRANSFERRED MY INFO BC IT WAS NEVER CONFIRMED,I tried to give him another chance by saying "Hey how are you?" as a greeting and he just stared at me. Then I said "So you're doing good I guess?" And he just rolled his eyes. Then, once I told him who I was he interrupted and said "we're working on it." So I told him I didn't want him to make it anymore and I'd go back to the CVS on college street. He said "just call them then." And I said "okay have a great day" and walked out. No one there cared about how they treated me , or did their job efficiently. I need my prescriptions, and I still don't have it because of them. I've transferred my prescriptions many of times, so I know they can do it over the phone quickly, but instead he said "I'll call them." Then hung up in my face. I don't think anyone without manners or customer service skills should be handling anyone's health/medication.
