Dumb as can possibly be. They said the item was not sold in the store even though it was hanging behind the counter. The manager and the cashier were rude and I never was able to buy the item because after telling me it wasn’t for sale they rang up the item then put it back and told me that I said I didn’t want it. I said I would like to buy it but you just said it wasn’t for sale.

Worst customer service ever. It’s one employee that’s rude and always on her phone. She act like she doesn’t see you at all when you are in the store.

These positive reviews are fake or paid because this is the worst store in this city. First off, there are no workers in the cashier, my mom was going to pay and I kindly asked for an employee but she had that angry face at me. My mom who doesn’t know english wanted something to buy something in the deodorant section and she yells “you made me walk here just for her to not be here” like girl I know u don’t talk to your mom with that mouth, like seriously, she said some racist slurs to my mom and I hope to not go there with my family again.

These positive reviews are fake or paid because this is the worst store in this city. You know what Monique does while she is checking you out? Talk on her phone. Not to mention she doesn't say anything to you at all. That's why they are going to self check out at these place because people don't want to their jobs.

This dollar general falsely accused me and 2 others of stealing and called the police, which 5 police officers showed up. We were searched & shook down. No one told us until afterwards what we were being questioned for. The accuser was an employee, she didn’t even apologize once we were let go. And she refuses to admit fault.
