Stopped by to look at hats. Their selection was very limited. And with talking to the staff, it seems they only increase their stock when the auburn rodeo comes to town for the college students. I would not go back.

I found the boots I was looking for on my own after an extensive search on what I needed. They have a ton of boots, but I never got an ounce of help or so much as a hello when I came into the store. The employees just sat at the counter on their phones rather than help me with my boot search. I would have hoped for better service when buying a $260 pair of boots.

There is no customer service here. You cannot return items for a refund. Instead you get a store credit. Unless ware looking for boots the selection is very poor. Once I use the store credit I will never return to this store.
