We are really happy with our son's decision to live at Eagles West. The office staff is kind, patient, thorough and extremely friendly. They always respond and answer questions quickly. Plus the location of the apartment is perfect! Love it

Move in for 2024 went great! We had an issue with the A/C not cooling properly but the management made sure it was working properly by the time we left. Staff are very friendly; very pleased so far! Great job Eagles West!

I am very happy that my daughter lives in Eagles West. The apartment has everything you need and is in perfect condition. The staff who work here are very friendly and keep the surrounding facilities very clean (pool, gym and gardens). Specifically, Joseph is an angel. Thank you so much.

I moved to Eagles West for my senior year and it is by far the best living situation I've had in Auburn. The staff are extremely friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to be upfront and volunteer information they think will help. Maintenance is also amazing. They've arrived extremely quickly and acted efficiently, being in and out as quick as possible. I've never had to call back because their solution didn't work, and overall I can't imagine a better team. I walk to class every day because the apartment is just that close, and the pool is kept very nice the entire summer. I love it.

Overall the living experience has been wonderful and the staff has been very kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are usually done the next day and the maintenance guys are friendly. My main complaint, however, is that my apartment did not seem to be cleaned very well from when the last tenants moved out and I moved in back in August. My bedrooms carpet smelled like dog pee, though it did come out pretty easily. The hardwood floors and tile have paint marks everywhere from the property repainting I assume, and some of the wood trim was broken/cracked when I moved in. The laundry room, particularly behind the dryer, had a bunch of lint on the floor. And around and behind the refrigerator had ping pong balls and other trash from the previous tenants. Overall Eagles West is a great place to stay, especially compared to other student housing options in the area. Prices are reasonable for the location, which I would say is the main selling point. You are within a 20-25 minute walk to most places on the main campus, and there is tiger transit bus pickup located by both entrances. Would be 5/5 if the apartments were cleaned a little bit more thoroughly between tenants.
