I have used Enterprise several times, most recently for a month-long rental. Not everything was perfect, but the staff was friendly and responsive to my needs. The office is conveniently located and I was even picked up at my home in order to get my rental. I will use them again.

I’ve rented from this location several times. They rarely have the car you rented available at time of pickup and they don’t have an after hours key drop box. This could be part of the availability problem they have. They need a drop box installed here!

- Rented a car for less than a day (like 9 hours) for urgent issue for around $100 online but the car wasn't there.
- told to pay $80 for the car that is available
- told to pay $70 for useless protection fees which they did not explained fully.
- told to pay $150 for returning the car at different location
- tried to call customer service but not replied back
Total: $400, $300 more than what is said online.
Not only was the car not there, but told to pay triple the amount to rent a car for less than a day. Uber is way more cheaper.

Horrible experience with giving back the car.
I wasted a complete day returning the car.
So the branch was closed on Wednesday because of snow the day before. I was there at 8 am to return the car but there was no one. I waited for an hour and called to check if someone would come. They said to come back at 10 am, but no one showed up at that time either. I called again and they said to come back at 12 which I did, but again no one showed up. I called again and they told me someone would contact me to help, from that branch, but again no one contacted me.
I had to keep the car until the next day, wasting all those hours and gas.
I ended up not being charged at least but they didn’t offer any compensation for the DISASTER.

Reserving the car online was a simple process. Picking up and dropping off were quick and easy. They even gave me a nicer vehicle than I reserved. Ended up with a Jeep Grand Wagoneer! It was perfect for what we needed! Handled the highway and the snow incredibly well. And tons of cargo space. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise Car Rental! The entire process was smooth, and the customer service was exceptional. Pashen helped us during pick-up, and she was friendly, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed. Jalia and another female agent whose name I sadly can’t remember but it started with a “M” assisted us during drop-off, and they were all just as wonderful—quick and professional, making the return process a breeze. Highly recommend this Auburn, AL location for their excellent service!

They are very slow and not very organized. Expect delays if you would like to rent a car here.
The Staff as always works hard to get things right for you, but still not sure why this center doesn't expand in arrangements and getting customers going as quickly as possible... I always see this location is very busy.

If you need a rental car, don’t waste your time with anyone else. Enterprise is THE best!! People are always friendly and helpful. They will treat you right.
