This enterprise goes above and beyond. From the manager to the employees. I have never seen a more efficient operation of getting people in and out. I cannot express my appreciation enough for this location.

My wife and I reserved and rented a vehicle from Enterprise. The vehicle was a 2021 Nissan Rouge Sport. The car handled well and was roomy enough for our many travel items. We booked the rental for Saturday, December 31st, until Monday, January 8th, from the Enterprise location on 806 Opelika Road, in Auburn. We were able to book our rental with our insurance company, USAA, only because it was explained to us by Manager, Amber Rogers, during one of our previous rentals. Booking this way, provided us with an additional savings toward our rental.On Saturday, December 31st, sometime around 9:00 A.M., it was quite busy as I checked-in. Manager Rogers and her other staff member seemed calm and reassuring to the customers waiting in line, as well as to what seemed to be potential customers on the telephone. Surprisingly, it was not much of a wait for me to get my vehicle, even with the influx of customers. The remarkable level of efficiency, I observed during this time, was highly commendable!Upon my arrival back to return the rental on Monday, January 8th, sometime after 9:00 A.M., I was quickly greeted, by name, by Manager Rogers. Manager Rogers asked about our travel. I explained to Manager Rogers our frustrating experience with the rental's possible electrical issues. I further shared with Manager Rogers how the car's alarm would randomly go off, at least six times, during our nine-day rental. The car's driver’s side door “open” in-dash indicator light would also intermittently flash while driving. Manager Rogers was appreciative of my concerns. Without hesitation, or me asking, Manager Rogers provided a generous "customer satisfaction" adjustment to our final bill.Thanks again to Manager Rogers and her staff for maintaining superior customer service and persistent positive rental experiences!

I received perfect service from Shad. He was so nice and kind.Even though I did not get the process well at first, he explained it very nicely till I fully understand. I really appreciate his service, so I highly recommend others to visit here if they want to rent a car!!

Ms. Rogers, the manager for the Opelika Road location has always been super helpful and really takes care of her customers. She is always smiling and positive. Wouldn’t recommend any other Enterprise than Opelika Road. Thanks for all you do.

I reserved a minivan on 12/18/23 for pick up at 8 a.m. on 12/26/23. Told the lady we were renting a minivan solely for comfort's sake: we would be taking our annual post-Christmas 12-13 hour drive to Maryland, this time with five adults all 5'10" and over, and we needed more room than our Nissan Pathfinder afforded. She offered a minivan and a Suburban, but it was a little too pricey. Got a confirmation email immediately. A man from Enterprise called me on Saturday 12/23/23 to confirm my reservation, and I even asked about their hours of operation on the 26th, indicating I needed the minivan as early as possible. I arrived on the 26th well before 8 a.m., and along with others, waited patiently for the employees in the office to finish standing around with smart phones in hand and open the doors at 8. Being one of the first two at the counter, I was promptly told that there were no minivans available, and that it would be noon before I could expect one. I reminded the lady at the counter that I'd told them initially that we needed a minivan early on the 26th for our 12-13 hour drive, and further that Enterprise called me three days prior, confirming my reservation for a minivan at 8 a.m., clearly a false statement. I mentioned that if we'd known that Enterprise would break its promise, we could have left three hours earlier (as we normally do). All I got in reply was "Yes sir" as I walked out the door. Our late departure put us in much heavier traffic and added an hour and a half to our already delayed trip. A truly horrible and entirely preventable experience. I would rate it ZERO STARS if it were possible.

I've been dealing with them for over a year and looking at these reviews I have to leave my own review. I' personally think Amber has always had a super team that knows how to take care of you.

Had a road trip planned for thanksgiving, everyone was very helpful. Everything was smooth and I had a nice Toyota! Will be a returning customer here!!!!

Only car rental in Opelika/Auburn, so I was stuck with it. Windows were filthy inside & out and the windshield wiper tank was empty. A real safety issue at night. They did give me $50 refund and the car was clean and fine otherwise.

Very responsive customer service. Although I could not get the initial car that I requested in my reservation, Shay provided me with an upgraded car without additional fees. She was very tentative, and made sure that any questions or issues that I had were properly addressed.

They told me I would have to wait an hour after my pick-up time for a car. Then, they asked for documentation to prove my residence. I responded that I had been renting there for years and didn't understand because I hadn't moved. I went home to get needed documentation only to realize that they were closed!!!!( Here's the disgusting part ) my appointment time was 11am, they claimed they would have no cats until 12pm, but they closed at 12pm so there was no chance of me ever driving away with my rental. They showed me no respect, no remorse, and no professionalism. I had been using them for years, but now I am searching for a new rental company for the holidays.
