I recently stayed at this hotel for seven days and, while the staff was friendly, my experience was disappointing overall.
The breakfast offered a wide variety, including bagels, bread, scones, cereal, waffles, fruits, yogurt, and a selection of juices, tea, and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. However, the food lacked flavor.
Initially, I appreciated the personalized touch of having my name displayed on the TV in the room. Unfortunately, the room had issues: the carpet was wet and the room was set to 64°F, making the carpet cold and damp, which led to a sleepless first night due to sneezing. I ended up purchasing clean sheets and a pillow from Walmart because the provided sheets were dirty and the pillows were very thin and old.
I also encountered problems with supplies. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room, and despite requesting more, it took hours to receive it. Additionally, I requested fresh towels on the third day and was told they didn’t have enough to accommodate me, leaving me without hand towels or a floor towel.
To make my stay more comfortable, I bought cleaning supplies and air fresheners, which added to my expenses. I also needed a chair for the room, and after waiting a day for one to be found, I had to follow up multiple times.
While the staff did their best under the circumstances, I left feeling highly dissatisfied with my stay.

Room was great- but we had an issue with the toilet in the bathroom and it took until the next day to get it resolved. Certain members of the front desk team did not seem to be interested in getting it resolved sooner

I flew into Detroit for business in Butler, Indiana. This hotel was close to where I needed to be so I booked there. Since I’m a Hilton Honors member I didn’t have to go to the front desk. I got a notification that my room was ready hours before I got there. The hotel seemed pretty empty and it was super quiet that night. Room was clean and seemed pretty updated. I didn’t get to check the whole hotel out but in passing everything looked pretty nice. If I’m ever in that area again I’ll definitely be staying here.

This is by the interstate. But the room I stayed in was quiet and I was by the pool. However decent location. Rooms were clean and loved that we could have access to the combined room. Pool was clean. Busy at night. Breakfast was not good. I ended up eating elsewhere. Coffee was weak. Staff was nice. ? you cannot really walk anywhere except to gas station next door, softball next door, and one restaurant. To get to campus about 15 minutes away.

I stayed here for one night and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Hilton hotel. The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious. The standout of the experience was Sunshine, the breakfast host. She was extremely personable and made sure everything looked excellent and that every guest had whatever they needed. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Passing through on a road trip, nice clean room, lobby, breakfast area. Good breakfast, hot coffee all day. Pleasant staff.

This hotel is engaged in price gouging and, considering their substandard service and cleanliness, I can’t blame them; get it while you can. Our room had blood stains on the wall, standing water behind the toilet, and an extremely dirty shower. The rude staff member working the counter refused to give us any sort of refund or change of room. Her attitude and general disdain for customers is only rivaled by the absent management who apparently gave her the ok to shaft a respectful couple who was only seeking the accommodations described by the hotel at check-in. I will say that Hilton Corporate was very apologetic and didn’t seem surprised about the service we received at this particular property.

I would have given 5 stars for everything, but our room was 80 degrees when we checked in. It took it a few hours to get comfortable. They offered to change our room, but we were already settled in for the night.
Rooms: The handicap accessible room was great. We had plenty of room for the wheelchair in the room and the shower had a seat.

This place is a rip off. If you are staying here to visit someone at Auburn University. There are many better options closer to the school. This is a $100 a night hotel. But if you you plan to book in advance for a graduation to ensure you have a room they charge $566 a night. Then when you get closer to graduation the rooms drop because no one wants to stay in this hotel that is falling apart. I have been a Hilton diamond member for over 10 years and will be switching to Marriott after Hilton wouldn't do the right thing and give me the current rate to stay at a property that is falling apart and smells inside.

Rooms seemed a bit smaller compared to most Hampton Inns. They were clean and had no issues

As far as Hamiltons go - this is about as good as it gets - and they have a partnership with a local gym
