I had a very concerning experience at this hotel that I feel other guests should be aware of. During my stay, my father went to the front desk because the room key would not work. Instead of verifying his identity, reservation details, or even confirming the correct room number, the staff gave him a key to a completely different room that was occupied by another guest.
This is a major security and privacy breach. My father unknowingly walked into someone else’s room. At no point did the staff ask for ID, my name, or any reservation information before issuing a new key. When I reported the issue to management, they did not ask for my name or room number and did not seem to take it seriously.
Guest safety and privacy should be the top priority at any hotel, and this situation made me feel that neither was taken seriously here. I want future guests to be aware of this issue before booking.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very unsettling experience. While we were watching TV, roaches started crawling on the headboard. I left a message for the manager, Leanne, on Sunday morning as we were checking out. By late Monday, nearly two days later, I still hadn’t heard back, so I had to follow up myself.
When I finally reached her, the response felt dismissive. She mentioned that a small amount had been taken off our bill and GM reached out but I never received that call, but after staying an entire night in a room where insects were present, that adjustment didn’t feel satisfactory.
I don’t write reviews like this often, but guests deserve to know: since this was a last minute booking there were pests in our room, and management’s response showed little urgency or concern. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this location at ALL!

Excellent simple stay. We are traveling with a service dog and they didn’t give us any issues with that. Housekeeping is very warm and kind. Nice greenery and landscaping that is clean and well maintained. Room is normal and clean.
