We’ve loved Liberty Properties! It’s been a dream to stay in the little 1 bedroom loft. It’s close to campus, the people are SO kind, and the maintenance is always done well and super quickly. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. I’m going to be so sad when we leave and it’s been the best renter decision I’ve ever made.

Extremely poor property management! I never imagined that they would haphazardly charge you after you move out, arbitrarily deducting from your deposit and extorting your money, leaving you furious.

Had to acknowledge that Liberty properties is a great place to live! Friendly neighborhood but the best thing is the management I’ve been living in Northlake property for almost 4 years now the moving in process was so easy, and if any maintenance needs to be done they are there ASAP making sure all your needs are met and shout out to Allyssa who is so sweet and always working with me and answering literally all my questions. Best place to live 10/10

Renting from Liberty Properties was honestly the best decision I’ve made. They care about their residents and work hard year round to maintain their properties. Maintenance always goes above and beyond to fix any issues!

New tenants and very pleased with the service maintenance tech that came for our service call. Most considerate and very respectful and willing to help and answer questions! Great experience and it was the same as the first time when he had to be called! Keep him around Liberty!!! He is a true asset!!

I just want to say how outstanding the maintenance is for Liberty Properties. If a problem ever arises, which is rare, it is addressed very quickly! The whole staff is very friendly and concerned with the renters in general.

I am a resident of Liberty Properties going on my third lease year with them. I am in awe of this property not only the sense of security, the staff, maintenance and residents make living here a pleasure. The staff is quick to answer any questions, if there is an issue(which is rare) they address it with the urgency you would expect. All maintenance issue are minor ones, the only issue I have had living here three years is replacing my light fixtures. They care about their property and the residents to whom reside with them, not only is the premises suitable for students, they are family friendly as well. My family and I have come to the conclusion we are permit residents of Liberty Property. If this is the type of environment you are looking for, do yourself a great favor in rent from one of their many properties.

I had a great experience leasing from Liberty Properties in 2021-2022. They accommodated us moving in early, always responded to maintenance requests/general concerns in a timely manner. The units are very fairly priced for the space/location. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them 100%

We went through financial hardship after 3 years of being a reliable tenant. All
of a sudden we found out who our landlord truly was. Would harass us late at night, even on Christmas Eve AFTER the payment had been made, he insulted us and constantly threw out empty threats of eviction. Not only were we struggling but our landlord became an absolute nightmare. We tried to keep communication but nothing we did or said sufficed. We lived with anxiety. Once we got stable, we got far away. Don’t rent from this horrible person. Read other reviews.
