I took my truck in for two recalls and an injector issue. Monday morning they called me and confirmed those were the issues and that they could order the parts and it be done by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. They priced the injector by $500-600 more than anyone else. I had the injector fixed else where. On Friday when the part came in for the recall I was told they should have it done by the end of the day but they were finishing up another car and it was “first come first serve”. Once it was done and I asked about the closing time I was told “5:30 but we are going to start locking the doors at 5:15”. After taking the truck elsewhere for the injector issue they told me I needed a glo plug which was the recall issue that took them a whole week to do. When I asked about it and why there was still an issue they said “we have no way of knowing if the new glo plug is good”. I then had to call 3 times to get an email sent for the recall to be fixed (again) and billed back to GM. Throughout the entire process I had to keep calling for updates because I was never called when they said they would. Would not suggest taking your car here- whether it be ignorance or a lack of caring it was a painstaking process.

We were completely satisfied with our purchase of our new 2024 Equinox. The salesman was able to find a equinox equipped with the features we wanted. He showed us how to use them. The entire experience was very pleasant.Will recommend the dealership to others.

I left my truck for repairs on a Tuesday it was finished Friday. Between I called several times to check status of repairs. I was told that I would be called back but never was. After speaking to someone by the name David on Thursday evening , he stayed in touch with updates until truck was ready. Thanks David. While customer service wasn't that good, I am satisfied with repair results.

I rolled into Auburn about 11:30pm, with my engine steaming from a 5 hour drive from NC. Radiator fluid was leaking heavily from underneath my truck. I was panicked as I had two days to get it fixed and return to NC. It just so happened my hotel was only about 300 yards from Lynch Chevrolet. I limped my Chevy Silverado down to the service bay at 9:00am the next morning fearing I would need a new radiator. I explained my travel situation and they got it in for diagnosis, 2.5 hours later they discovered it needed a new water pump and a few minor adjustment to a pulley system. Man was I relieved. They had it done by 4:00pm SAME DAY so I could get back on the road! VERY impressed with Jeff and Chase in the service department, they made a potential disaster, a quick and easy fix and can't thank them enough, especially from being out of town and wondering if I was going to be ripped off. Thanks again guys!

The service department is nothing but AMAZING!! My 2021 Tahoe decided to not release my emergency parking brake. I had tried all I knew to do. I called and talked to David the service advisor he was so nice and ensured me he wouldn't leave me stranded. Next thing I know Jeff the Service Manager came out to my vehicle and rebooted the system!!! He got it moving! At the dealership they did a system check on my car to ensure all was good. They were so quick, and so nice! Everything checked out ok and me and my 3 kids were able to continue to our finial destination Pensacola FL!Thank you from the bottom of my heart!Cristy McWethy LCDR, NC, USN (Retired)

Worst service I have dealt with to date from any business!My wife went to check on the truck as she had nothing to do that day. Over 7 months pregnant and she was told her truck. Which pulls trailers to horse shows so it sits a lot. It had a squeaky shock. That They couldn’t drive it cause the front end was about to fall apart. She explained the shock they still tried to con her into letting them rebuild it. She’s not your average girl. She likes to work on trucks with me. This newer model I decided to go to the dealership as it’s out of my knowledge range with the computer parts.She ended up very upset as the dude was a complete A** to her. His attitude made her uncomfortable and he has no business smarting off to a woman. Said they drove the truck but I took a picture of the mileage. It was still the same when I decided to just pick her truck up. The truck had several dings and scratches and one nice size dent and one of the step bars was loose when we picked the truck up. I’m almost certain it was dropped off of a lift. Service manger took my number and name to call me and get this resolved after lunch. I haven’t received a call. I hope nobody’s wife gets treated like this and her pride and joy dream truck doesn’t get messed up like mine did. Chase was the A** H***

My truck broke down all of the sudden, and I was able to drop it off over the weekend which was very nice. They fixed it extremely fast, even though they were very busy. Very accommodating and nice staff!

Service and parts personal very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Tech was honest, came in for brakes,lof and tires. They stated wait on brakes, not needed yet. Most shops would have just done brake job. Will continue to bring my vehicle in and when I purchase my next vehicle next year, ya'll get first shot.
