Saturday 1/13/24 @8:50pm Lady with dreads looked at me in disgust when I approached and said "Hey.", said nothing. Laid my stuff in a bag as it rolled out and just left it there for me to grab and fix. Sorry it's so inconvenient for you to clock in and sit in a chair listening to your AirPods. Seek better employees.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Cashier was very unprofessional, rude, low class, stank, and disrespectful. Approaching register she was on the phone and got off without greeting or anything. She was also talking aggressively which I didn’t like and made me go off. I come to the mapco ALL THE TIME & never dealt with anyone like her. To give a description she was white, medium size with straight hair. I would assume she’s new due to never seeing her before but she needs to be gone. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER. Disrespectful lil girl.

The morning attendant has to be the rudest most unprofessional cashier I've ever encountered. She gets noticeably aggravated by anything you ask her including simple price checks. I now go out of my way to the next closest mapco to do business. The employees at store 7511 are polar opposites and make the start of the day much nicer.

This MAPCO store is always clean and the staff are very courteous. The shelves are full and well kept and the coffee is always freshly made. The best gas store in Auburn!

I came in the other day, they had a lady working visibly sick! Only person wearing a mask coughing all over the place! I won’t be coming back putting my health at risk!! Unprofessional don’t recommend!!

I don't live in Auburn but visit a couple times a year. When I need gas, I normally find Mapco the cheapest around (except for maybe walmart). Never any problem with the people helping me, at this station.

This particular Mapco on the corner of East University and Gatewood Drive,,,, almost everytime I attempt to use my debit card to pay at the pump it tells me to 'see cashier'. So I just put the gas nozzle back in its place and go down the road to the Mapco at East University and Dean Road where I have no problems at the pump.

I go to MAPCO all the time and it's my favorite gas station but this particular one I can't stand stopping at.. The people who work there are so rude it's sad ??♀️.. Everytime I stop there its somebody with a attitude behind the counter, I mean u work in customer service, if u don't like it get another job..
