Do not send your children to Miss Deanna’s Childcare. Here are a few things that were said to me (by Nicki) today after I asked to look at camera footage from yesterday.“You’re looking for something to complain about.”“If more parents had this issue it would be a reason for concern.”“The cameras are used to look at if your child comes home with a goose head or a gash in their head.”“My staff did nothing wrong.”“My first thought wouldn’t be that someone hurt my child.”“You can’t look at the cameras every time your child has a tear in their eye.”I bet you want to know my reasoning for wanting to look at the camera…right? To see if someone was potentially being too rough with my child during changing time due to the fact that she was in too much pain for me to wipe her after I picked her up yesterday. Yes I took her to the doctor to get checked for everything possible before I called.The reason she said I was looking for something to complain about is because yesterday I pointed out that the staff was picking children up by their arms and wrists. It’s also my child’s first and last week there. So apparently me having two valid concerns is “looking for something to complain about”.

This establishment is such a great environment to walk into! All of the teachers greet the children every morning by name, and they go above and beyond for their students! These girls love their students as if they were their own!

This daycare is dysfunctional in unorganized. They also accepted my kids gave me a starting date in all, then stated they was full for me to pick up my application fee i had paid to only call me back in leave a voice-mail stating they had a open for whoever Mrs. WHITLOW IS. I lost my job due to no babysitter they gave me the idc. I went inside to talk with them they was RUDE AND NICKY WAS VERY RUDE!! The other caucasian woman had a whole nasty attitude, rolled her eyes, and stated in her voice " ain't nothing gone be did about it because she been working with Nicky for years"!

Needs to be investigated by DHR at Random.Need educated workers in the classrooms. Not just random people walking in off the street putting in applications..... Everyone is not cut out to see about children I wouldn't want someone who smoke cigarettes to come off break and go handle my child with smoke on their clothes.Should be a no smoking ? facility or no ? on the grounds.

We love Miss Deanna’s of Auburn. They’ve been taking care of my babies for the past 5 yrs and have all been so pleasant to deal with.

How in the world you can uphold what is happening at the Daycare Ms T.Dowdell when you’re talking about the employee and emplyer there ,The review wouldn’t have went up after mines if you wasn’t guilty…I talked to you on three way today!!! Tell how others know the daycare business!!

These young ladies are amazing! They care for and play with all of the kids. They do this job out of love. They don’t do it for pay for sure.

Miss Deanna’s Childcare of Auburn is a professional, organized, clean, compassionate, helpful, and loving place. Our children have attended Miss Deanna’s for the past five years. The owner/operator and all staff know and love all three of our children. There is open communication. They strive to help each child reach their individual potential, through daily love, structured learning and play/exploration. The planned curriculum is age appropriate and dynamic. I am so thankful for Ms Deanna's and the wonderful teachers and staff. My grandson has been in this daycare for a year this week and he has come a long way. He started at 3 years old and had never been to daycare so it was tuff in the beginning he cried and didn't want me to leave him but now he's happy to go to "school" everyday. I am so grateful for Ms Shay and Ms Trenda. They have loved my grandson like their own and he loves them dearly. He has learned so much and I will be forever grateful for everything they have done for him during a very difficult time in his life. Thank you all for all the love and care you have shown my baby. We appreciate you all.

As an employee of Miss Deanna I must say it’s a joy working here and regardless of what other people say I feel that the staff we have is very good at their job and take great care of the kids. I’ve been apart of this daycare family for a while now and it’s truly a pleasure to work here. I feel that the teachers go above and beyond for the kids that’s in our care.

Best teachers in town! Mrs.Nicki is such a great person, I can honestly say she cares about the children and the parents! Miss.Jordon and Mrs.Trinda are also great! I absolutely love this daycare!

Terrible daycare! Teachers scream at the children! The director Nicki is rude and unprofessional! She and her staff are incompetent and unorganized! Every time I made my payment (which was on time and never late) they would mess up the receipt and not post the payment to my account. Do not send your child here!
