Pep Boys Auburn did a great job replacing the rear brake pads on my older Mercury Milan and flushing out and replacing the brake fluid. Very reasonably priced and timely on a Sunday.

My car was towed in and Mr. Sterling( the Service Manager) was very empathic towards my situation and was able to give me a discount for my towing and diagnostic test. Very professional and kind man and I would definitely be back for more services. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISEE!!

Said they replaced part with Toyota OEM but part is NOT OEM. The CV axle is in spec with OEM but is much lower quality and is already showing signs of wear on the rubber compared to my actual OEM one of the other side looking fine after literally 10 years of use. Also didn't refill front diff oil and left it dry. Avoid this place

Pep Boys generally good service is declining. Girlfriend took her vehicle there because her tire pressure light was on. We bought the tires from Pep Boys. Made an appointment for 1pm, and she was there for two hours. They said the tire was just low. A week later it was back on. Took it back and they said oh it's low again. If it happens again bring it back. What? It's back on today. There's probably a nail in the tire. What if she has a blowout? Since COVID, customer service sucks. We're getting services somewhere else from now on.
