Pink Zebra was well-priced and accommodating to our short-notice request. They squeezed our small move in within the week and moved our heavy equipment without incident. Greatly appreciated. Would use their services again.

Very impressed!! I was kept informed of what to expect from the moment I submitted a request through their website for a quote. They quickly provided a fair quote, I accepted, and set a time to do the job. They They let me know when they were en-route, were on time, polite, very friendly, protected my belongings, and were very professional! Thank you for your help!

TL;DR I did not get what I paid for.
The owner and I agreed to a price for 3 unloaders for 5 hours. I signed paperwork agreeing to the price and put my credit card on file with them. Only two guys actually came out, and my girlfriend and I had to pitch in quite a bit to get the job done in the 5 hours.
I then called afterwards to tell them that I didn't get what we agreed to and what I had paid for, expecting them to knock a little off the charge, but they told me there was nothing they could do. The actual guys that came out were great, but I certainly wouldn't do any business with them in the future.
+1 star because the unloaders were really cool guys.

Owner is rude and unprofessional. After messing up my paperwork because he is unprepared and unorganized decided to yell and scream on the phone. Don’t use this moving company call anyone else.

Called this company to get a quote and was told it would be around $400, which was a little more than I wanted to pay but I was fine with it. After telling him the few things I wanted moved he said it would take about two hours and told me how much labor would be. He wanted me to pay a $200 deposit right there on the phone and I was driving so I just did it cause I didnt really have time to think about it. Was not even told that it was non refundable, probably something you guys want to tell people beforehand. Then when I got to a place where I could look at the total it was $544. They were already closed for the day so I emailed asking if it was too late to cancel, I never signed any of the contracts or anything. One of their movers calls me the next day saying they're on the way even tho the move was scheduled for the end of the week. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told him tbh I didn't really want to do it anymore. And even the driver told me "Yeah we have a 2 hour minimum so it's going to be another $300 at least, so $500, and closer to $600 if we go over that time" Like even the driver knew!! I told them they could keep the $200 cause it's a sunk cost at this point and I had already asked a bunch of friends to help me. I ormally wouldn't be leaving this review cause it's ultimately my fault for not thinking it over harder, but the fact that I was quoted a lower number than, what even the employee knew, was the bare minimum and was not informed of the 2 hour minimum or nonrefunable deposit makes me really annoyed. 3 stars just cause I didn't actually use their services, I'm sure the movers are great, the guy who called me was understanding, but their boss should learn how to be more up front cause ngl I kinda feel scammed.

Herb and Joshua were fantastic, very efficient, good communication, took extra care with family antiques, and remained professional throughout , with what was an emotional move . Thank you to Pink Zebra for our second move in 6 months!!!

Could not have done it without the help of Pink Zebra. These guys are incredibly professional and efficient. They helped pack the biggest Uhaul available in a manner that helped me bring all of my items. They carefully loaded a piano and a weight bench, despite those items being incredibly heavy. Also, they were able to load many terrariums and fish tanks and NONE OF THEM BROKE on a 9 hour trip. Seriously- hands down the best moving company and worth every single penny and more. You couldn't find a better set of folks to help you. They truly are the best.

Pink Zebra just left my house and I couldn't wait to praise them. They were fast, efficient, friendly and so very careful with my antique china cabinet. Keenan, Shawn and Will were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Pink Zebra for all your moving needs!
