“On January 2, 2024, the line of customers extended to the main door of the facility. After standing in line for nearly 45 minutes, I was waited on by Wanda whom I had observed how she handled the various transactions presented to her by customers coming one after the other. Poor lady was the only postal worker on duty. Anyway, Wanda's work ethics are to be commended. Super customer service. Thank youWanda!”
