Great customer service and management! You won't go wrong with this hotel!

Very serviceable rooms, though we learned that two-doubles is too small for four. Breakfast was fine, though slow to roll out. Staff was very

Not horrible, certainly not great. $78/night TOPS is doable if you’re looking for a basic place to lay your head. Unfortunately we caught it when a rodeo was in town, and paid a little over $200…DEFINITELY not worth that! And the banging room construction next door that started at 6:50am on a Saturday morning was an added bonus ?. Oh, and on the pics of the swimming pool…disregard those it has been filled in and is now a patio…surprise! Breakfast consisted of making a pancake or an English muffin, a few yogurts available in the refrigerator, and coffee. If you’re worried about the fruit from the previous poster, they’ve resolved that issue…there was none. No meat for breakfast either. Not really a breakfast tbh. It gets two stars because there were no bed bugs and no cockroaches seen…however using the name “quality” is a bit of a stretch here.Rooms: My back has felt better after sleeping on a pile of cardboard boxes.

Where do I start… we paid for queen beds but they are NOT queens, the employees said they couldn’t provide another blanket even though we paid for three ppl. Overall bad experience. I love this town but this was a regretful booking.

Highly recommend no one use this hotel. Front desk service is terrible, manager doesn’t know what she’s doing, gym is supposedly 24/7 and open, yet when I spoke to a front desk person, they said it was closed. Next day when I try again, still locked and the manager says there’s nothing she can do about it. To add on top of that, the food for breakfast was spoiled and absolutely terrible. If I could rate this zero I would.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The grounds and checkin area was clean. I had purchased my room through a 3rd party and the lady working at the hotel (Robbie) helped me out and was very kind. The family enjoyed the pool it was clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. If there is anything I could add to this place is a extra table with an umbrella by the pool since there isn't any shade for the babies or elderly that would enjoy sitting by the pool. Thank you for amazing stay. I will be back as long as this same staff is working.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I am a member of Choice Hotels and decided to book a romantic night with my husband based on the reviews. I prepaid because I did not anticipate a problem keeping the reservation.I go on July 3rd to check in and I am told that because I live within 100 miles of this motel I have to pay a $200 cash deposit that would be returned the next morning after the room was inspected. I was also told that I had been called that morning to notify me of the required deposit.I did not get any calls on my phone that morning from anyone, I even showed the clerk my phone call log. I also told her that I was not going to pay a cash deposit and I did not have that much money on me. I asked her why this was not on their website and she did not know.I am now trying to get my money back for a prepaid room that I did not use. I have called and talked to Robbie the current manager and am told that "They are sorry for my inconvenience, but they are unable to give me a refund because I paid for a nonrefundable room." If the website would have said there was a $200 cash deposit required to stay I never would have booked a room here.Keep your money in your pocket and book at a different hotel. My husband and I have never encountered a hotel that did not disclose up front any possible deposits needed before booking!Noteworthy details: They will ask and require a $200 cash deposit if you live within 100 miles of their location. This is not disclosed anywhere online, just when you show up to check in.

Old, tired motel, in need of renovation. Stained comforter, tippy toilet, old ACs stacked in the lobby, rotting ceiling over the tub. At least it was cheap.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Very good accommodations for value price. Staff is welcoming, courteous, and helpful. Do not judge a book by its cover. The hotel building is older and has outside rooms. Rooms are very clean, nicely updated, and beds are comfortable. Location is good, next to mall, and within minutes of AU. We were in Auburn visiting our daughter and will stay here again.

I must praise Jim at this Quality Inn. He was amazing helping me out when I was in a crunch.'I needed 3 rooms last minute and Jim was extremely helpful. He went through the trouble of filling out a portion of the Authorization form and emailed it to me. He could sense I was under a lot pressure and he was kind and courteous. We were so pleased with the service that we booked additional rooms this week.Thank you so much Jim.

It was a great stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean but a bit small for a double bed room. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was mainly waffles, cereal, muffins, and toast. It was as expected but I recommend staying here again if I'm having a short stay. Thanks quality inn for accommodating my family.

The staff are really professional and the rooms are really clean. Breakfast is good for what it is. I like the location of the hotel, there are many restaurants close by. The only thing I didn't like is that the rooms door open to the outside. But there isn't anything anyone can do about that. Great hotel.

Facility was clean and quiet. Staff was knowledgeable and personable. Centrally located to Auburn and Opelika. Could walk to mall as well as several restaurants. Good value. Would recommend.
