As much as I hate to say it, I am a frequent flyer. all of my wrecks have happened in the driveway. I have used Reyes before and they were good, but I understand that they are under new ownership and my recent experience with them has been absolutely exceptional. They got my car into service quickly, more quickly than the former owners did. They actually sent me a text every day to give me an update on my car and I got phone calls about every other day to give me updates . As much as I would like to hope that I don’t need them again, I probably will and I will definitely use them!

I had a minor accident just outside Auburn. My front tire was scraping and the car wasn’t drivable. I called every shop within 20 miles, and no one could help me that day. When I called Ray’s, they said I could tow it in and drop it off.
Once I arrived, a kind gentleman offered to get it quickly driveable so I could continue on to my vacation. He didn’t even charge me for the quick fix. Thanks to him, my trip was back on track.
I can’t recall his name because I was stressed but I am very grateful for him.

I cannot find w zero star, so unfortunately use one star.
Overall, I would never recommend this place. Take your car anywhere other than Rays Collision Center.
They give incorrect information and not repair everything.

I first went to Joe Hudson in Auburn. I did not get a warm response from them. I then asked my insurance company “why can’t I use Ray’s Collision Center.,They have done work for me before.I could not be happier with the service at Ray’s. You are greeted with a smile, offered coffee etc and treated like you are the only customer they have. I will always use Ray’s.

Did great work on my Honda Accord and were responsive to my needs. Would recommend, especially if insurance is involved. Very good system of dealing with insurance companies, from my experience.

AWFUL COMPLETELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, READ BEFORE BOOKING
I'm not even sure where to start. The communication is completely nonexistent. I had to call multiple times to get any sort of update on my car. Most of the time Lani (I think that was her name) would answer the phone. Her attitude was more than rude. She was very disrespectful and distasteful. Miraculously everytime I called for an update they always needed more money, new parts, or something from insurance... At this point they've had my car for about a month!! On the day of pickup, there were still damages on my car that were caused by the accident. When asking Lani why they prioritized other things that were not as important there was another excuse. They didn't even ask me if I wanted certain repairs done over others. Overall, I would never recommend this place. Take your car anywhere other than Rays Collision Center. Take your business to Joe Hudson Collision Center just an extra 5 minutes down the road. If I could give negative zero stars, I would. All the 5 star reviews MUST be fake. (it took them a total of 5 weeks to repair my car). They did not even put my keys in my hand. After they were paid my keys were left in my car.

Dropped my ford fusion off with them following a car accident I was in and received several repairs. The staff at Ray’s Collision were AMAZING and took very good care of me and my vehicle. I would definitely recommend using them!

I took my car for an estimate after an accident and it was 4,531.07 worth of damage they sent that estimate straight to the Total Loss claim at my insurance company. Didn’t ask if I wanted pay out of pocket or was the uninsured driver going to pay anything. I caught hell after that trying to get my claim taken out of the Total Loss department. I knew my could be fixed cheaper than what they said.. the damage was only on 1 location I took it somewhere else and got it fixed for half that price. Please take your car somewhere else.. they’ll write your estimate up and possibly total your car even though it can be repaired they may not want to fix it..

Absolutely deplorable. Poor workmanship, dishonesty, and zero professionalism. Claimed it takes a long time to get parts in, but even after that took 2+ months to get the repair done poorly. Also claimed they need outside vendors to get work, like alignment and cleaning upholstery (which they messed up). I was able to tighten the screw on a trim with my fingers after they took 3+ weeks to redo unacceptable work, and 2+ days to look over the car more than 10X (their claim) and test drive (their claim) it. This was after the first time they said the repair was completed, and I refused to accept the car because of defective part and workmanship. The second time I went to pick up the car, found under inflated tires (How and why would you test drive on those?). Still finding issues with the car. Definitely find another shop if your insurance co refers you to them like USAA did.

I'm not sure about others, but I had a great experience. I only spoke with Andy other than my initial interaction with the rep who directed me to send my info to him. I used my insurance for my car problems and everything went smoothly, especially with updates, etc. I appreciate the customer service and the other details they included. I'd definitely keep them for any future issues.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with what is supposed to be an honest reputable business. My vehicle has been at this shop since December 27, 2023 with an initial estimate of 15 days. Every time we call there is a different excuse from delays due to Covid on parts to finding additional damage. My vehicle was rear ended with damage only to the passenger rear. This shop initially quoted $5900 that has increased an additional $4000 being charged to my insurance. This is one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. What damage has been found in February that was not found in December or January? No one has contacted us we are left to call the business and be given a different date and a different excuse every time. We will never patronize this business again and I hope that USAA severs ties with them as this is one of their preferred vendors.
Update: Since this post we have been given 3 additional dates and 3 more excuses and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE. 2 MONTHS +
