Cold fries, ask for Plain Hamburger, put everything on it and if ur looking for a quiet place to Chill and eat, Leave and go nextdoor to the Dog grooming building, slot quieter and no Swearing....Parking: Park to order and leave, sometimes if not to busy u can eat..Kid-friendliness: Windows up and Car running waiting on food...? . Not always....lol

Very disappointing! We went here at 9:30 on a Friday to quickly grab something and could only order in the drive through. The food was disgusting and cold. I ordered a burger that was cold, packed with mayo, and the cheese wasn’t melted. The fries were cold and rubbery, the chili cheese tots were gross and cold, and the chicken tenders were hard. If I wasn’t exhausted and had to drive an hour back home I would have taken everything back and asked for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never go back!!

It took quite some time for someone to acknowledge or assist us after we activated the red light. The tots were only fair, nothing special… but the Oreo Cheesecake milkshake was amazing!

I ordered a #1 with onion rings and a strawberry limeade. My Strawberry Limeade didn't even contain a lime wedge and it didn't have enough strawberries it tasted horrible. I could tell that it wasn't mixed right. My cheese burger was full of mayo and super sloppy. The onion rings were fried way too long, they were too dark, and super hard. This was the worst meal I have ever paid for at a Sonics anywhere. I will always check my food before I pull away from any drive thru from this day forth!?

I’ve gone to this location numerous times and they have gotten my order wrong almost every time. The staff is not very friendly and it is consistently slow.

I went to the local sonic to get ice cream! Pulled up at the menus on the side, pressed the red button and waited almost 10 minutes. Saw an employee and asked her if the machine was messed up and she rudely popped off to me how there was only 1 worker bringing orders out! Which I understand, So I waited another 5 minutes until a black guy pulled up in a truck and pressed the button and immediately got service and ordered ice cream and was brought right out to him. So I went to the drive through and waited 4 minutes just for an answer just to be told the ice cream machine was down! Even though I just witnessed them bring a sundae out and as I was pulling out I see through the window that they were making an ice cream cone and bringing it outside to a customer! This was the most racist experience I have encountered in an EXTREMELY long time! I know it had to do with RACE when they were serving the black customers that would just pull up, but wouldn't serve me!!! (I'm white)So I spent over 20 minutes at sonic just to be denied service!! I will not be returning! Absolutely unacceptable!!! August 24th 2023 at 8:30 pm!!!

Service as far as the person delivering food to the window was fine. The CHEESELESS order of 8 cheese sticks was a surprise! Will not waste money or time at this place again.
