I was steaming mad when I had to do a warranty for a tool book bag and I was at first given about $90 too short credit for the actual purchase price since they don't make the book bag anymore I'm right when I was about to make a bad review I decided to call customer service and I spoke to Blake Blake made the resolution fair fast and now I will be purchasing more tools and trying out Sonic overall in my industry of automotive Blake is the great guy who I just point will be saving a customer long-term thanks Blake and Sonic tools for hiring service representatives that will step in and resolve situations

My entire experience with this company has been simply amazing. After my technician training, i had tons of classmates who went straight to a tool truck to finance $25k of tools at 7-15% interest... Insanity. When I was applying for jobs, one of the dealerships said they supplied technicians with Sonic Tools. Because of this, i looked them up for myself. I called their office and was immediately routed to the sales director for my area who helped me find the specific toolset i would need for my vocation (A&P). They have toolsets pre-built that include the exact tool list required by most airlines or large auto groups. Additionally, its all in eva shadow foam. This means i can open a drawer and inventory my entire box within seconds.So after an hour or so of configuring my perfect toolset with Sonic, I placed my order. The set i purchased was under $10k, although I had quotes 4x that at the tool truck. Whats even crazier, is the shipping. I mean I ordered my Advanced Aviation toolset on a Tuesday, and it was at my doorstep the next weekend. Not having to chase down a tool truck is a game changer.How can you argue with spending less money, for better tools, and getting that 5S EVA shadowfoam to keep everything nice & neat! For sure a customer for life.

I assume the company makes great tools as I have seen many reviews but they have aweful communication and customer service. I ordered tools in April of 2022 they were not listed as out of stock on the website unfortunately they were and that is where the nightmare begins. I was given an in stock date which has come and gone. I have seen sales come and go, asked to have sales applied to my purchase and told that would only delay my order further and now have continued to have to remind the company that I again have seen my in stock estimate come and go for a 3rd time almost 7 months after my purchase. No offers to exchange for a equivalent in stock set or even an apology. Unacceptable way to treat customers

It was a really great experience buying tools for Sonic. The guy who helped me out is awesome! Astounding customer service! His name is Bailey Pearson! If yall need anything he is the guy! He has a lot of “Patience “ when it comes to helping you out step by step all through the process of purchasing the tools. I’ve seen sonic tools before when I was in AMT school and I will say that they have a really great quality. And the Intermediate Aviation tool set is freakin awesome!

This is absolutely one of the best services I have ever encountered regardless of product purchased. Fast, friendly, accurate, and no hassle...Eric at Service/Exchange helped me throughout the refund and order change which I carelessly made. Products are shipped to Canada quickly even when back orders. I couldn't be any happier. Oh, the tools I ordered are so nice, perhaps too good for a DIY mechanic, every single piece is smooth and precise, far superior than what the local home improvement store offers and everything I ever used. Most likely these tools will be the last tools I purchase. Will definitely buy from Sonic again.

I can’t express enough how amazing this company is. Few months ago I finally bit the bullet and bought a nice tool box full of tools from Sonic. During hurricane Florence my house was completely flooded, losing about everything I own. The 4-5 feet of water in my garage completely submerged my nice new tool box. Taking a real shot in the dark, I called Sonic tools to see where they drew the line with their warranty policy with no real hopes of getting any where. Jack heard me out and immediately gave me his personal number, had me send him pictures, and went to work. He called yesterday with some of the best news I’ve gotten in these last couple weeks. Sonic tools is sending me a brand new box with tools to replace mine, free of charge. If that isn’t the best warranty program out of any tool company then I don’t know what is! They have 100% gained a customer for life.
