We rented a storage unit April - August and had the best experience with Stop Eagle Storage. From the moment we walked in, the service was great - the representative was nice, gave us all the information with needed, and helped us secure a unit for the summer. When I called to let them know we would be moving out in August, the person on the phone was super helpful and gave me all of the information I needed over the phone. Today I received a close-out statement via email
The storage unit we had was clean when we arrived and the building felt safe and secure. I will definitely rent here again next summer!

I was in Stor Eagle on Thursday of this week and had a wonderful experience. The staff not only was patient when answering my questions over the phone, but also returned my calls promptly and professionally. When I arrived, the staff was eager to help and tried to make my move in go as smooth as possible. Being a college student in the area, it was so refreshing to have a customer service interaction in which the individual was kind and professional. Phenomenal customer service. I would recommend to everyone who may need to utilize a storage facility. War Eagle, Stor Eagle!!!!!

It should be a crime to get 6 month rate increases like we do. Going from $78 to $185 in a single year is INSANE. I wish you could sign a lease and lock in a rate. I will definitely be going somewhere else.

Wow, the customer service here is one in a million! Erin was so accommodating and knowledgeable! It was a difficult time for me and she made me feel safe and cared for. I highly recommend Stor Eagle Storage and appreciate Erin and her excellent customer service!

We used this to store furniture between moves to new apartment. Close to campus and everything can be done on their app so super easy. Price seems comparable or cheaper than everything else in close proximity. Staff was helpful but honestly didn’t even need any help moving in or out.

Location was very convenient to Auburn campus. The staff was super helpful and patient with exhausted movers. Our storage unit was on 3rd floor but the elevators and carts made it very easy to move even large items. Great experience on a stressful day!
