Supposed to open at 9am on Saturdays, we showed up at 9:10am and the door was still locked with no employees in sight. We were in a hurry and needed to ship a return quickly - and counted on this location being open during the posted hours. Disappointing.

I can’t say enough about how great of an experience I had at UPS in downtown Auburn. The staff was so friendly and helpful, not to mention how convenient the location is. I will never go anywhere else!

Best ever! I am an out of state parent and sending packages for pick up at this store has made it so easy for my student and nothing gets lost or stolen! Highly recommend getting a box during Camp War Eagle and the address will stay the same no matter where they live!
