Every time I visit this boutique the girls are always very nice & helpful. I wish I would’ve asked the lady who helped me today her name so I could shout her out. She went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my sister & then even took the time to put the gift together in a cute bag and used ribbon to make a bow. Thank you Therapy! Great customer service.

Therapy has never disappointed! Last week I had made a purchase online and accidentally had chosen the wrong size for one of my items. I immediately reached out to them to let them know..Jen and Olivia ran to the post office and intercepted my package and repackaged with the correct size. These ladies never disappoint! I’ve been a customer for almost four years, and love everything about the store. Robin is amazing letting me know of things I would like coming in, and they have tried items on for me to see what it looks like on a person! If you are in Auburn, or just want a great boutique to shop in…contact them!!

Great store and great products, just can't return any item unless it's for store credit. So just make sure you're good with your purchase (which you probably will be!).

Employees are super friendly and helpful. I was able to have clothes brought to me from around the store and the back that they thought would look good on me. One of the best boutique experiences I’ve had.

Olivia was awesome over the phone! Called to get our daughter a gift card for her Birthday because she loves the store and Dads do have a tendency to spoil their daughters. Sent me pictures via text and is holding at the store gift wrapped for my daughter. Thank you Olivia for great customer service.

I would spend my money elsewhere downtown because 1. The return policy here is not great and they are not flexible even if you item is damaged or it doesn't work out, you can only get store credit back for full priced items. 2. The workers are not super friendly or warm to speak to, other boutiques downtown have better customer service.

The workers were incredibly rude. Bodyshamed the girl I was with and called her fat. If you’re not skinny and thin you are not welcomed in this store apparently. Disgusting.

I put in a last minute order, and it would not have been ready until a day after I needed it. I explained that it was for my sister’s wedding and asked if there was anything else a availabe in the shop they would recommend. Hannah worked some magic and was able to get my order done me. Hannah and Therapy Botique really saved the day (and saved me from my last minute planning!) Awesome shop and awesome customer service. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I tried to like this store because they sometimes have cute clothes but, after my visit today I will never be back. The ladies working were extremely rude to us. They were very judge-mental and seemed offended that we were shopping there. While we were waiting to check out the workers were conversing with a customer and when that customer left the store- the employees gossiped about her appearance once she left. I'm offended for her and I assume that they did the same to us when we left too. It's not that hard to be kind to people, especially the ones paying your bills.

The customer next to me was being treated real nice and the cashier asked things like Did you find everything okay or Have you ever shopped here. But my cashier didnt say a thing to me. She only told me the price and she didnt say anything when i was leaving so i stared at her and said thank you Then she finally said thanks back. Never gonna go back there but would appreciate a nice talk if i do.

It’s our favorite store in downtown Auburn. The stylists are very friendly and helpful. Price points are great...great place to find a gift, too...paper products, candies, mugs, great earrings, etc
