Good place, and locations, room is great, AC was good for a top floor unit. Not hot at all. Very comfortable.

Location a 4 as it is close to Auburn University. That's about all that was good.
See pics: big ball of hair on the bathroom floor, something splattered on the wall by the sink, pink mold in the shower, a bathroom door falling apart, dishwasher completely full upon walking into the room, and the mattress on the pullout...thank goodness no one needed to sleep on it as the springs were completely broken.
And then upon checking out, not even a "how was everything" from the front desk; just a "do you want a printout of your receipt?"
I honestly don't know how this place has such good reviews. I get a double room is only $250 but I'll gladly spend double next time in Auburn to get someplace that is actually nice.

Suite was fabulous. Outdoor pool. Great breakfast. Easy 9 drive to campus. Cleaning staff could do a better job on the hard floors but otherwise no issues at all.

I stopped by this hotel after work one day to help a business traveler have his internet connected on his overseas devices. We met one of the most helpful and kind hotel staff here, who helped us to get connected to the internet. I forgot her name, but would like to commend her for going above and beyond the scope of her duties in staffing the front desk. Thanks again!

The refrigerator doesn’t work at all. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes that need to be unloaded. There were coffee pods but no sugar or creamer. I am glad I just needed a place to stay for one night.

The staff at the hotel are amazing! They are so welcoming and helpful.
We stayed in a king suite and the room was tiny. When we used the pull out sofa, it touched the end of the bed, so the person furthest from the bathroom was blocked unless they climbed over. Also the mattresses were so firm and uncomfortable. The pillows flattened super thin when laying on them.
The room and hotel were clean. Breakfast in the morning was limited.

Rooms were exactly what I expected at the price point. Zero complaints. Staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Safety: Well lit area in a good neighborhood.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is fantastic - close to the university but far enough to avoid traffic, about a three minute drive to a Walmart for anything you missed/forgot/broke, and a Starbucks and several small restaurants within lazy walking distance. Parking is a little bit scarce in the front but there is plenty on the property. The room was clean and the king suite was well stocked with dishes. The AC worked very well and was quiet, as was the hotel in general. No road noise and very little can be heard from any adjacent rooms - only slamming doors and very loud conversations (shouting) make it through. The bathroom was spacious. The room itself was a bit on the small side; I can usually hide my giant toolboxes out of my room photos, but there was no way to do that with this room. It was navigable but I would say not handicap friendly. The TV is mounted in the walkway between the kitchen/seating area and the bed/bathroom area to the point where I had to dodge it. Though it was definitely a bonus that it has the Marriott Bonvoy internet TVs in the rooms. There is a pool and it looked very nice, though I didn't stay long enough to use it. My photos aren't up to my usual standard due to how exhausted I was when I arrived, sorry to those that follow me. ?
Walkability: Walkable for food and drink, and adjacent to a Starbucks. About a mile from a Walmart if you're feeling adventurous.

Was not impressed with the service in this hotel. The breakfast was mediocre. when you ask to have your room refreshed, they leave towels but don’t take the dirty ones or make the bed. No one asked how was our stay when we checked out. I don’t think they wanted to know. Location is great for visiting auburn but there are better places to spend the night.

Noteworthy details: This property shows no value to Marriott Bonvoy loyalty. They are completely inflexible regarding early checkout penalties. I checked out a day early and let the hotel know before 7am the day of checkout which would allow them plenty of time to clean the room. The GM would not waive the early checkout penalty nor would Bonvoy.
