The person that helped me was very friendly and helpful. He helped me file a claim with my phone insurance and took my phone to repair the screen. He told me to come back with 1&1/2 hours and it would be ready. I came back within that time and it was ready and looked brand new!! Awesome customer service!! I wish I had gotten his name and if he had a name tag I just didn't notice it, but he was great ?

The phone wasn't actually fixable but I wasn't charged for them finding out what was wrong and the process was very quick and easy. The man who helped me was very kind and professional. He helped an older man right before me who was trying to download Facebook. The agent was very patient and kind while he explained apps to the older man. He never once made him feel dumb for not understanding what most would consider basic knowledge. He deserves a raise.

I had a great experience!! Princeton was my tech and he was very professional and friendly at the same time. He assured me my broken screen would be fixed with no problem. I don't like to be separated from my phone but I felt very at ease about leaving it with him. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely go back there if I have another issue.
