The asian employee at this branch is a tremendous asset to the store. She was very helpful in resolving the issue when my package was returned due to an insufficient address.

Like many others on here I received a notification that my package arrived. Except the notification said that it arrived at 11:00pm, well beyond their operating hours. Unsurprisingly, the package was not actually delivered. I’m surprised at just how poor this post office is and how it’s been able to operate at such low standards for so long.

Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 10:00 pm on July 5, 2024 in AUBURN, AL 36830….
No, it wasn’t. Who delivers mail @2200 on a Friday and to the wrong zipcode? I have filed a complaint with USPS IG and to reimburse our insured package. Please do better in the future and not falsify a delivery. Thanks.

At 5:15 on 5/28/24 I get an update that my package was delivered. I get to the mailbox and it’s empty. The letter that was supposed to arrive wasn’t there either. I have called the post office 20 times today started at 8:45 am and it’s now 4:09 pm. Not a single time did anyone answer. It rings up to 10 times then the fast busy signal comes on. Today, I checked my mailbox and no package but the letter that was supposed to arrive yesterday was there. I also noticed that when the tracking was updated it said package deliver at 10:25 am. Say what now? I was watching and refreshing the tracking all day yesterday waiting on this package. I get that mistakes happen but to just not answer the phone, ever, is terrible. This is really bad customer service. Was my package stolen? Where is it? I can’t speak to a human that can try to help because they don’t answer. This is wild. When I say I’ve been calling all day I’m not joking. 20+ calls and no answer. Unreal.

It's a shame the black community have to wait all day to receive mail sometimes they Don't run it's a shame before God and the universe how black people are being treated we need our mail to come before dark if not we got to protest

Horrible service. Our neighborhood mail carrier has drove by many times and failed to deliver our mail and packages on many occasions. He even went as far as to drive by me as I waited by the mail box. Had to take matters in my own hands and track him down just for him to tell me they are being held for a car being parked 25 feet from the mailbox. Desk worker at the office was kind enough to help but it’s still annoying to not get mail for days and have no explanation as to why until we have to find him ourself.

Missing package. Says it was delivered yesterday but was never delivered. Going in tomorrow to find out where my package is. This is terrible. Never dealt with anything this bad since Mississippi!

I've been waiting on a package and according to them, it was delivered in/at mailbox at 7:56pm Saturday. I've tried calling and get to answer! Never have I had such a messed up USPS! Shouldn't the package been dropped of at the door? If it was left by mailbox someone took it! Package was to big for the mailbox!!

How low can a rating get? I used to live in manhattan nyc and it’s much better than auburn alabama usps. I mean why do you hire such stupid employees? Probably because the person over that office is also stupid.
