Pharmacy staff provides the worst service and treatment. Made a vaccine appointment, got there 10 minutes early checked in at counter, waited 30 minutes, then they brought the necessary paperwork, filled it out waited over 30 minutes - now over an hour PAST my scheduled time, they call me up to tell me that it has not been quite 2 weeks from my flu vaccine to get the RSV so they would not see me. Told to come back.....since they did not honor my appointment time i just figured it didn't matter - went today waited 30 minutes in line to be told they would not see me without a scheduled appointment and then they walked away. And, the person checking in before me did not have an appointment but they were seeing her! REALLY........Don't go to Walgreens pharmacy on E Glenn if you are someone who likes good service and some good communication!!!!!

The absolute worst pharmacy EVER! Unorganized, no one in there knows what is going on. They NEVER have my medication in stock and I always have to make multiple trips just for medication. What’s the point in refilling online or in the app if it’s never going to be ready or in stock? Go elsewhere

The pharmacy drive through and desk inside always take forever! I've waited 30 minutes in the drive through many times now and I asked the worker if going inside would be quicker next time and she said no. The last time I went I was the third car in line and it still took forever!! Never been to a Walgreens so bad.

I have been going to this pharmacy since I moved to Auburn, EVERY single time I go here they cannot find my prescriptions and they tend to make up every excuse in the book for it, whether it be my insurance, the doctor office "not" sending my prescription, or even them blaming another pharmacy. I have never had a good experience, the people are so rude and disrespectful. I had to get my insulin because I had completely ran out and they tried to say I have never gotten my insulin filled there and that they have no prescription for the type of insulin i've been on since I was 8. I have to call my doctors office every single time and every time it has been a problem on Walgreens not my doctor. I have to call my doctor and have them call Walgreens to get it situated.

Dont get your photos from here. They will not cut your photo. You will get a sheet with your pictures, and you need to cut them on your own.Also, there is a rude customer service for photos.

I went to make a deposit in my chime account of the maximum amount. I was told I cannot do the two transactions that I have done before. I said to the two ladies I have done this before and 1 of them has the audacity to tell me I did not and that I cannot. I think learning how to speak to customers or saying hey we can try it would be beneficial to your business..before telling me what I did not do with my account and clearly calling me a liar. I will stick with my Georgia Walgreens.

Honestly, unable to speak to the previous & plentiful poor reviews.In our experience, we found a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. The staff were kind and most generous with their time.Thanks! ?????

The gothic lady with the 10 inch choker on her neck working in the photo department has a major attitude problem and is extremely rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever received(((:

I like Walgreens and have been a customer for over 10yrs. I'm used to the stores on the West Coast being much bigger however, the one on Glen Ave seems to have most things I need.It's clean and the Pharmacy does a superb job considering how swamped they can get.The only thing that irks me is that no one greets you immediately when you walk in the door. I'm not sure if that was a West Coast thing or a store policy. I miss that, it's a nice policy. " Hello, Welcome to Walgreens ". The retail staff could use a bit more training. Such as asking," Can I help you with anything?" instead of strolling past. I'm a stickler for quality customer service when I've seen the best in other locations. I have hopes for improvement and still recommend this location in Auburn.

This pharmacy screws up my prescription every time. They either don’t have it ready when they say it is, don’t have it in stock, or cancel it before I can get there. My prescription is for a three months supply but they refuse to give me more than one month at a time. But then I never get it when I’m supposed to have it each month and it has caused me to be very sick due to not having it on time. I will never use Walgreens again.

Walked up to photo printing counter and was greeted with a sigh & rolling eyes. (I had not even said hi yet- and little did they know I was already having a rough day myself) Photos were then unable to be found even tho I got an email confirmation saying they were ready to pick up. Luckily the employee was able to print them on the spot after searching and complaining about it. I'll be hopping over to CVS next time ;)

Useless and rude. I used their FedEx pickup point and had to go twice because they didn't give me one of the boxes in the order. Then one of the workers said to the other worker, 'That box is finally gone!' (This was 2 days after the order had been delivered to them!) Then when I went to return items, one of the women just walked away from me when I couldn't find the QR code right away.

Everytime I come my prescriptions take way longer than they say it will be on the phone. Half the time they lose or can't find where my doctor sent in the prescription. The worst Walgreens I have been to. Extremely slow and rude.

This is the WORST drugstore on the planet. The quality of service here is the pits. There is NEVER enough cashiers to wait on customers. This was the case preCOVID. So they will not be able to use that as an excuse. They have one cashier who’s working both the regular counter and the photo shop. It’s pathetic. The workers are clearly frustrated and they take it out on us the customer. Well guess who else is frustrated? We are. There is nothing remotely welcoming in this store. I refuse to step foot in this store again. It’s sickening.
