Not sure what’s really going on with this place. I had been getting my meds filled there no problem for a couple of months. This is after moving from Tennessee and having such a headache getting doctors and medication figured out I might add. I thought they were so nice and so great at first. Then they want to tell me my insurance is no longer covering my medication’s. One of my medication’s in particular I called my insurance company about and they told me to tell the pharmacy to submit it, and they would cover half of it. The pharmacy told me it was new federal guidelines that this was illegal to do now?! Um no, Not if the insurance company told me to tell you to do that sorry! For a month on another medication, which is very expensive, they kept telling me they were waiting on a PA. Come to find out it was complete bullshit the whole time. They are just wanting me to pay for the dang medicine. One time one of the workers told my husband that I was maxed out on my insurance?! Huh? WTH! I’m done with them. Switched everything over to CVS today and had no problems at all getting everything covered and everything filled the same day! Can you say something fishy is going on there?

Used to be a wonderful place to get your medicine, but now they always have someone new up front and they never know what they're doing. They also stopped being open on Saturday

I have been getting my meds here for YEARS and never dealt with a ruder person than the person I just dealt with on the phone. Seems answering questions is too much of a hassle. Last I checked… I was the customer. Guess it’s time to check into a new pharmacy. Whoever the older lady is with a Northern Accent should really learn about customer service and how to talk and treat the CUSTOMER! ??

I have never had any issues or problems with this pharmacy! The prescriptions are always correctly filled according to the written prescriptions. They have an ample supply of medications available. And, to top it off, they have a convenient drive through window!

Walmart refused to fill my pain medication for my surgery the next day! Bell’s pharmacy filled my medicine understanding it was going to be needed!!! They were very sweet and very professional!! Thank you!!!
