Hey Bridgett thank you for reaching out. It happened today around 11 pm. Young lady with glasses on. The barber place was packed so we brought my 5 year old in with hopes of scheduling an appt. (Crew White) He is receiving an award on Wednesday so it was a big deal to us. We will try to come again another time.
Rude/unwelcoming/not helpful
Went inside to make an appt and hair dresser acted like she did not want to help or deal with it at all when it came to scheduling.
I understood she had a lot on her plate but attitude was unnecessary. The professionalism was not there. It would not have took long at all to cut a little boy's hair.
Do not recommend.

IF I COULD GIVE BRIDGETT INFINITE STARS I WOULD!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HAIR COLOR & STYLE MAGICIAN!!! I just moved to the area & found this salon online. I have asked for over 20 years for a certain color & style( please see photo below of what I wanted on left & photo of my actual hair when finished on the right) but not one hair professional has ever achieved even close to it until I came to this Salon. Second, I am 55 so I have very fine, dry, damaged, thinning & aging, fragile, natural, honey blonde hair with warm, orange & yellow tones but wanted for decades to be able to have a silver, cool, ash blonde color with beach waves & a slight lavender tone ( picture does not reflect the lavender tone as she was out of the color but will be doing it in a few weeks & will add photo then). No one has even come close or they refused because my hair was too fragile they always said & it would all fall out. Third, Bridgett achieved what I wanted for a far more reasonable price then every other place I have been. I have paid less but also not been happy with the results which means I over paid regardless of the low price. I have also paid much more & still not happy with my hair. I also have never tipped so much before but if I could afford it I would tip her 100% of the services. Lastly, Bridgett is friendly, fun, professional, takes her time, is very knowledgeable with color, tones, styles, hair biology & most importantly really cares about what she does so that her clients are fully satisfied. I could tell that she is good peeps & it shows in her results. Sorry for the novel here but every word is well earned. I also wanted to mention the other stylist, Erica that is at the salon even though she did not work on my hair. I could tell that she also very much cared about her clients since I was there for several hours & watched several of her clients come & go. Many of them were sweet, elderly ladies. Erica seemed to take care of them with kindness, helping them in & out of wheelchairs & make them feel beautiful because they absolutely did look beautiful when she was finished. I highly recommend this salon & it's one of those places that you feel welcome & like you have been coming there for years the moment you step into the door!
Hair type: I have very fine, thining, fragile, dry, fly away, damaged, easy to tangle, and difficult hair.

Made an appointment for my kids to get a trim at 2 today. Arrived to find a closed sign on the door. The number on the door doesn't work, the one on Facebook goes straight to voicmail, and nobody will respond to messenger. We've been sitting here for 30 minutes now.

I have been patient working with this woman. I understand that staff are overworked during post COVID. However, I made an appointment with the owner. I confirmed the appointment more than once. She did not show, she did not message me that she wasn’t coming, and she did not answer my calls or messages.
