Their drive through sucks. No reason at all points in the day it should take someone an hour+ to get their prescription. Go to Belle’s or Walmart.

Been in line for a hour and it's said prescription will not be filled while In window. It always take 30 to 45 minutes I'm line.

Ty at Bay Minette CVS went the extra mile to help print a label for my package after my printer was almost out of ink and printed too light. I always have great experiences at this location!!0

There was a mix up with my son’s refill on his medication that caused a few days delay. I called the pharmacy to make sure they hadn’t mixed up my and his medicine because we take the same and got the pharmacist by chance. She was so helpful got it all figured out and had his medicine filled quickly for us

Horrible experience. The pharmacy made us wait for three hours until the prescription was suppose to be ready then when we go for pickup an hour and a half after that time they state that they are still working on it and that it will be another 10 minutes. So in total we have been waiting for four hours and forty minutes after this patient had had surgery on the same day. Complete and utter incompetence on their part. Would not recommend and would give a negative star if possible.

Terrible pharmacy. They misspelled my wife's name and were very rude about it while figuring it out. Never use this pharmacy unless you have to.

Horrible pharmacy!!! So Rude, they can’t pull you up in the system even when you just filled a prescription. Unfortunately I have CVS Caremark insurance and am forced to use them. Went without my maintenance medication for a month because they wouldn’t help. My dr finally told me to run it under good RX for people with no insurance & I’m gonna go to Publix or Walmart. This has been a very traumatic experience for me

The inventory in this store is terrible. And outside of Walmart it's the only game in town. I wish it would close and become a Walgreens

I find it a little pricey, but usually well stocked. Handicap friendly, ample parking close to building, will let in the evening.
