I had an amazing experience with luz n lavish color appointment! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Nicole took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type amd starting hair color. The color turned out absolutely perfect—rich, vibrant, and exactly what I envisioned (if not better!). The quality of service, attention to detail, and relaxing atmosphere made the entire visit a treat. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. One of the best salons I have been to. The owner is very knowledgeable.

Always a great experience! The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the stylists really listen to what you want. They’ve done amazing with my hair, my son’s haircuts, and my daughter’s color. They offer realistic options and deliver exactly what we ask for. 10/10 — highly recommend!

Charged over $200 to turn my hair orange. Also attached the inspo pic so you can see I wasn’t trying to go bright blonde. After I was crying and visibly upset the stylist/owner tried explaining that sometime you need multiple sessions (again, I wasn’t trying to go blonde) but prior to the appointment she never mentioned that she wouldn’t be able to complete the desired look in one session. This salon definitely needs to be more upfront and not accept appointments if they aren’t capable of doing the work.

I couldn't ask for a better hairstylist than Korey, she is very thorough ask questions about the cut and color you want and makes sure you are satisfied when you leave. I feel so confident with Korey that I just walk in and let her do whatever with the cut and color and have never been disappointed.

Prices are reasonable. The only downside is they don't do walk ins. But you won't be disappointed! They are very informative on hair care and they take their time with each customer. I highly recommend them.

My usual beautician has not been able to fit me in. I drive by this place often and decided to give them a call to see if they had anyone who was familiar and willing to work with my African American hair. I was able to get right in. I was blessed to be able to work with Wendi who jumped right in and did exactly what I asked her to do. She was warm and welcoming and very gentle. I love the scalp and neck massage at the shampoo bowl and how well she did with my hair and making sure it was what I wanted before I left. I had a coupon so I decided to buy one of the Kevin Murphy products used in my hair. Overall I loved the front desk service and knowledge she had to fit me with the perfect stylist. I will definitely book my next appointment with Wendi! I don't have any bad things to say other than I would have liked to know more about the products used and what they do for my hair but it really was a good experience.

It was my first time going to this place today and I can honestly say that my stylist was one of the best I’ve had yet. Nicole was so sweet, helpful, and accommodating. She was thorough, made sure I was happy with my high lights and length of my hair. I got exactly what I was looking for. She did an amazing job.

The hair stylist did not do what I asked and inserted suggested something she thought would look nice and it didn't I cried and she hardly spoke the whole time. Very uncomfortable I would not recommend I have been 4x and only once have they did what I asked and the 3 other times always tried to talk me in to something I didn't want or like I wanted red hair and blonde bangs but I left with a color correction it was awful.
