I drove two hours for a doctors appointment and needed a full set before I went just came across this place. Btw I am very picky about my nails!! Andy was beyond my expectations!!! Took the time to try different colors and different designs to see exactly what I wanted!! I give this place an 11/10!!!! Ask for Andy!!!

Since the photos do not stay in order, i numbered them so you can see what a bad job they did. I just had a terrible experience. I dont understand the positive reviews. This was my first time there and it was horrible. I showed a photo of what I wanted. It was ombre, white, light blue and dark blue. The guy says, I can do but won't look like computer photo. It doctored. Im thinking, dude, I can do ombre on my own toes and it looks great and I'm not claiming to be a professional. He said if I do ombre, it $70. What else you got? So, I pulled up another photo of nails that had a white underlay with glitter on top and then two fingers on each hand had glitter over the white only half way up so the natural nail pink showed. It's beautiful and very simple. White and glitter. I wish this review accepted photos. I do see a place to put photos but you cant comment so it looks like you are happy with the nails and i am not and they scatter the photos in with other peoples. Look for the photos like i described. So he said this one easy, $55. I said ok. He proceeds to do it. The first mistake was he did white 3/4ths of the way up my nails on the 4 that were supposed to be half way up. Then he got a lot of white on two of my cuticles. I trusted that he saw the mistake and would fix it. So I mention about the white being too far up and he said he would fix it. This required him to grind it back off and do it again. He was already getting mad. So, it comes to the glitter and he does one coat and leaves two nails undone. I showed him the photo again. He started jabbering in his native tongue. So he put the glitter on there and let it cure and was getting ready to clear coat. I said because glitter is mixed with clear nail polish, it requires several coats to cover a nail. He did a second coat. Still wasn't covered. I said it needs another one....almost all the white on one nail was showing. He said if he put another coat it would cost more. I said you told me you could make my nails like the photo and they do not look like that. He got mad and agreed to do a third coat of glitter. When they cured, he slammed the up light on the floor and starts to get up. I said do you plan on clear coating these? He said he did. I said no you started to and then stopped when you had to correct the others. At this point, two ladies entered the shop and heard what was going on. He called a lady from the back. She says oh this top coat very shiny. I said he didnt top coat them. She said shiny top coat. I literally started peeling the glitter off my nails to show them. They both got mad at me. I said fine...I just want to get out of here. They charged me $48 instead of $55. Not wanting to wait around if they tried to call the police for me not paying, I paid and headed to the door. One of the ladies waiting to be seen asked if she could see my nails for inspiration. I knew because they heard the argument that she wanted to see how bad it was. I told her to beware because they make mistakes and do not want to fix them and argue with you even.when they have not completed the requested nails. She had the other lady look at them. I left and right behind me the two ladies came out of the shop. They were parked right beside me so I showed them what I was told he could do from the photo. She said that he should not have even let me leave with my nails looking that bad. I didnt realize until i got to the car that he didnt put white on the tips of the nails. It looks horrible. This is not a good shop and I honestly do not understand all the positive reviews. They were exceptionally rude and overcharge for the crap they put you through. I will never set foot in there again. BTW, he also filed one of my nails crooked and said it was my finger.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was unacceptable. The pedicure was rushed and sloppy—my nails were unevenly trimmed, the polish was messy, and the technician seemed disinterested and inattentive. The tools didn’t appear properly sanitized, and the foot massage was barely more than a quick rub. I left feeling more stressed than relaxed. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning. The SNS that was applied(04/27/25) to my nails has started breaking. I was cut several times while getting them done.

The owners are rude and they don't guarantee their services. I got a pedicure & manicure w/gel polish on 6/13/24 and by 6/16/24 the polish started chipping and lifting off my nails. I called on 6/18/24 spoke with the male in the nail shop too let him know my gel polish nails started chipping with in 3 days. He told me to come in Friday (6/21/24)and he'll redo my nails. I also reminded him that I don't live in bayminette and it'll take me 35 minutes to get there. I arrived at the shop and showed him my nails and he said he will only redo one nail, because I let my hands get to much water ?. Remember I got gel polish. If done right usually last 3wks to a month. He didn't redo my nails instead he wanted to argue back and forth. I paid $80 for the service. He said $78 and $2 tip. The same thing. I should have known better because there was no one in the shop when I arrived nor the entire time I was there. They talk over you in their language the entire time you are receiving service. I will not go back and I will not recommend this nail shop to a dog.

Gave them another chance and if I hadn't been on my toes they would have overcharged me by $80. I paid for a mid grade pedicure and felt like I should have just gotten the basic. I won't go there again.

They lady had a terrible attitude I asked her to fix my toe she got mad and started talking Chinese then not to mention she only scrubbed one of my foot then got a attitude again and slam the polish down because I said something to her terrible experience I will not be back and y’all are very rude

Don’t think the lady likes African Americans. She was extremely rude and rough while doing my feet and My polish came off the very next day !!!! However, the male that works there was very friendly and my nails turned out great ! But far as anything dealing with the feet if she has to do it … I DONT RECOMMEND!!!Service: Pedicure

Very!!! Disappointed..others was complaining so I didn't..I just go back. After talking with others ..I would tell all don't go there...New nails need training
