There’s always a problem! Literally every time I do business with regions there is always a hold up or problem! Maybe I’ll do business with one of the many other banks on the square! Keep up the good work! Your customers don’t like you!

Horrible and worst bank to deal with it, poor customer service and people act like they don’t know what they are doing. Who hangs up the phone in your face when they one the obese that cause the issue.

Unprofessional customer service. There’s better banks, don’t use this one.Employees will make simple tasks extremely hard based off how they’re feeling mentally and emotionally. Not worth the trouble.The app literally never works

Twice I have attempted to use this location for a simple task (cashing a check or money order) and both times they have failed miserably. On December 2nd, 2020, when I attempted to cash a money order. Not only were they unable to cash it due to me not having an account with them(which is fine) but they had me wait 50 minutes to tell me they couldnt cash it.No sense of urgency whatsoever. The teller, shelby. Was audibly mocking another client of theirs for not knowing the answers to her randomly generated questions upon a request. I heard the three of the four loan agents go on about how they could not take care of their customers needs due to covid and say they would need to make an appointment. Yet ironically, noone there was following the cdc protocols for wearing masks , those that did have masks on did not wear them properly over their nose, or at all. When I questioned one of the loan agents about it , ariel, she said she was wearing it over her nose(she was not), and that "if I was uncomfortable I could wait across the lobby". Despite the sign their own location has that says clearly "all entering individuals must wear a face covering over the mouth and nose" , it did not say customers.The only thing they seemed to be apt about doing was giving retired seniors a balance inquiry. The teller , shelby, multiple times sat transactions for other (regions customers) to the side stating her computer was restarting (over a 40m period, I guess they have pcs from the 1960s) leading to possible errors on their clients accounts.Tldr; they are incompetent and the manager hides in his office. When he does come out, he says they'll help you eventually but will not actually open another drawer(past experience when senior talked to the teller for 35m)

I was in your bank in Bay Minette Alabama and witnessed the worst customer service. An elderly gentleman was there to have something notarized with someone named Jake. When a women with the bank came out in the lobby with a hostile attitude. She informed the gentleman that unless everyone who needed the papers notarized had to be a customer of the bank. The gentleman told her his niece had traveled from Texas and Jake had agreed to notarized the documents even if she did not have an account with the bank. She was very rude and tone and told him they would not do it. The gentleman said he'd wait to talk to Jake. In about another minute another lady approached the party and told them it was against their policy and the "law" to notarized anything for someone who was not an account holder. She too was extremely rude. Everyone has different policies not sure what "law" would be broken, but that was not the issue. This bank went out of their way to embarrass this gentleman in the lobby when it could have been handled in a discrete way. I too was a visitor and can assure you I will never bank with your organization due to your lack of customer service.

The people at Regions have always been helpful to me. They take time to explain and answer all my questions. The tellers are friendly and very nice. I reccomend this bank to anyone.

I went to get some quarters buy them BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE SN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. REALLY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME COMING OR RECOMMENDING THEM PERIOD. PARKING LOT IS REALLY ENOUGH ROOM
