The store employee was very friendly and helpful.
AT&T, they worked diligently to help us fix the problem that AT&T customer service and website had no interest in helping with. I will continue to use this store and would recommend anyone that needs help with AT&T to use it as well.

BE AWARE OF THIS STORE.
MY BILL WENT UP BY $300 FOR ADDING A LINE TO MY PLAN. CAME TO FIND OUT THEY HAD ADDED MANY ADD ONS THAT I DID NOT TELL THEM TO ADD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER STORE AND THINK TWICE BEFORE GETTING A NEW PHONE OR A NEW LINE. THIS PEOPLE TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY ARE DUMB AND STUPID.

The most unhelpful group of people. They are lazy and don't want to help. I highly caution you of going to this store for service. After an awful experience, we decided to go with TMobile instead. They have much better customer service!

I usually never post negative reviews but I just have to because I really wish I would’ve remembered his name but he’s the most incompetent employee they have there and he needs to be fired. I went there in April to get my husband and I new phones since T-Mobile was the worst and everything was fine until he put our ACCOUNT NUMBER in wrong to do the port from carrier to carrier causing us to go without service for 2 days basically suspending our lines. Jackie was great and knowledgeable, 5 stars for her, she fixed that issue. But today looking at my bill, 500 DOLLAR BILL because he added 5 lines to my plan when we only signed up for THREE LINES. Now I have to deal with loyalty support because he couldn’t do his job properly. Worst employee ever who obviously doesn’t pay attention to detail. On top of that, we were promised a 100 visa prepaid gift card from him for adding an additional line which we never got! I wish I remembered his name because he deserves the spotlight on worst employee ever—and that’s putting it SUPER lightly.

I went to the Bessemer location, the sales representative Eric was so professional and polite. He knew a lot about the products and services. Looking forward to going back for upgrades.

I was at AT&T yesterday to purchase a new phone. I had to wait a few minutes because they were a little short staffed. My CSR was named Raymond, and he did an amazing job of helping me. He was dealing with a difficult customer before me, and I liked the way he handled the situation! I would recommend him, and the store manager to anyone seeking great customer service ????

We came in to port a line from Spectrum and upgrade our phone. The ENTIRE store staff was patient and friendly and professional. It was a great experience and we will definitely be making this our store of choice going forward! This crew definitely deserves some kudos.

Amazing customer service!! They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door! Tristian Campbell the retail consultant for the AT&T store at 4949 promenade Parkway, Bessemer, AL was very nice helpful. Listen to all my questions answered all my questions. Listen to me rant about another company that apparently doesn’t like to keep their customers because I will be transferring all of my devices to AT&T !! He was great!! Customer service at 100%!!! He put everything in the computer to show me how much I would be paying with AT&T versus what I pay now… all the things. His personality and professionalism is definitely something that would be served well in management!! Just saying!! I worked in customer service for over 10 years I. Restaurants and now in the field !! There are few that are memorable—- he is and that whole store is!! A few of the men that worked there came over to either talk or confirm different things and they were all very approachable, willing to help, knew there devices and all things AT&T! You want a good phone service with great sales ppl go here UOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I purchased the wifi hotspot —- and will be going back to see Tristian to transfer four phones, a tablet, and Apple Watch!!!!
