They are not friendly at the gate. She was telling me where to go to do live unload explaining the procedure and not one time did she turn and look at me. Poor customer service with all 3 in there.

Very very slow unloading lazy people, my appointment time is 7am check in time at 6:30 almost now 10Am still not unloading , if there’s 0 Star I will Post it , yard check lady’s are very slow as well bad experience 👎

Very toxic work environment. Fleet managers are terrible, most of them don't have any CDL experience. They don't care about the safety of the drivers. If you are great at your job they will over work you. The warehouse doesn't care how the product is loaded. Product will literally be at the trailer doors. I wouldn't recommend anyone to drive for this company. Your CDL license will be jeopardized every single time you leave the yard. Every other load is overweight, the liftgates do not work properly, and HR will not help you if you report a problem. There is also a rodent problem and the turnover rate is extremely high. RUN!

Decent place to unload...they start at 5am. Parking on site is allowed. If delivering, you'll need a number that starts with "85"... and if you're unloading, you'll need to turn in-between fedex building and DG distribution...

Took 4 hours to get unloaded and another hour to pay for my lumber fees. 5.5 hours total. DO NOT COME HERE

This place is horrible. They are very slow to unload, and then once unloaded and light is green, it takes forever to hear anything and get your paperwork back. They charge lumper fees but take hours to do anything. The guy who came out was rude. To top it all off, drivers aren't allowed inside and have virtually no facilities for drivers. It was one of the worst delivery experiences I've had. Place clearly needs new management.

Wasn't bad, got checked in at 5pm? Even though appointment was at 11 o'clock PM. Wuz done and unloaded by 9:30pm? So overall, it wasn't bad. There is overnight parking. If you pay attention. It'll show you what shifts will be coming in to do the unloading. so that might give you a hint or give you help. Of what times to come and the gate guards were very helpful with that to

Best service ever, arriving the night before the app at 07:00, I went to check in the guard shack place, then gave the dock, and soon as I unhooked the trailer, unloading process went right away, this guys are awesome, only took 30 minutes, good job 👏 👍

I worked from Friday, August 23 to Saturday, August 31 as a driver at Dollar General and they want to pay me for 8 days when in reality I worked 9, counting Sunday the 25th. It's unfair with the colors and how much you have to sweat for such a large and prestigious company to do this injustice to the workers. I give it 0 out of 10 and zero stars. My personal opinion is that they are scammers, drivers, be careful, they're screwing you over by laughing at you.
