If I could give them 0 stars I would!! Everyone in the store is unprofessional!! Placed an order online for store pickup, never received a message that my shoes had arrived at the store!! Finally checked tracking and saw they’d been delivered earlier in the week. Got to the store and of course, they couldn’t find my order!! The “manager” comes out eating an egg roll to address myself and another lady whose order could not be found very nice nasty like!! But they sent me an e-mail and pin confirmation and if the shoes had been picked up!! Called corporate and of course, they can’t get in touch with anyone at the store so supposedly nothing can be done until they speak with the store!! I had ordered these shoes for my kids to wear back to school. This was a great inconvenience to me and none of them cared!!!

Very unfriendly staff. Came in to buy a certain shoe that I was told by another store. That the shoes were at this location. Upon my arrival to the store when entering I was looked at as if I didn't belong in the store. I asked one of the workers if they had that particular shoe. Before I could finish my sentence I was hit with a strong...."(We ain't got that, they should have called to see if we had it"). So being I drove out there I decided to purchase something else. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of shorts. Staff was very dry when I asked if they had a sale or any discounts that applied to any of the items I was purchasing. And I was hit with so much attitude from the manager and staff that was there. I just spent $368.47 in that store and wasn't treated like a valued customer. I can honestly stay I will never spend another dime of my money in that store again

I will never order anything from dtlr I ordered shoes to pick up in store when I got there they had sold them poor communication..and on top of that the manager even looked lost like she didn't Kno what she was doing and I drove 80 miles..
