Do not buy a car from here I bought a old car about 8 years old I owe 30,000 on it car terrible been having problems for 7 months got a warranty but every mechanic i take it to wont take the insurance so im stuck with a 30,000 8 year old raggedy car I dont know what to do oh yea and i forgot to say the car had beem wrecled so they sell wrecked old 7 and 8 year old cars for for 30,000 the thing is if you dont have good credit ypu go here but u gone get a 8 or 9 year old car for the price of a brand new car thats wrong amd lowdown just not right I swear

Because of De, It was a wasted trip, this location needs to be reported to the BBB and needs new staff who doesn't have rude, sarcastic, snobbish and an unprofessional behavior like Erek who run folks off, the (Buick)listed online was my interest Monday (De said it will be ready Thursday) (my credit is good) Erek asked for $1500 down on a car that was online but not on the lot, I didn't even test drive a different car, I said no, his behavior did a 360, the actual owner is who needs to reach out to customers.....(The response below isn't' true sooooo incorrect, and it's a sad shame of the way the employees conduct themselves, if they were truly concerned about the dissatisfied customers they would reach out instead of tell the customer to call in, it's clear & it shows how they can care less!!!!!!! (The response below Lies!!!!!Lies!!!!Lies)......each dissatisfied customer u tell them to call in, how can u professionally rectify the problem if u don't reach out to the customer????

Never have I ever had the type experience that my husband and I had with First Class Auto Sales. Our SalesLady, Dee was the Ultimate in doing what she dose. We walked in and was Immediately offered refreshments and was made to feel welcomed. She didn't waste no time getting right down to business. I give her a perfect 10 across the board .Thank you guys we will be back and for sure tell our friends.

I was straight lied to about the total price of the car after financing which was ridiculous for the cars they have. I recognized problems with the car immediately and was told they would be fixed. I dropped the car off twice and still had the same issues and got tired of dealing with them. The warranty on the cars are no good. The customer service woman was nice until they were paid then she was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to my worse enemy. It has nothing to do with the finance company. It was the customer service and u never spoke on the fact that I brought my car back several times and it was never fixed and the price I was told before financing and what the actual price was. This is a terrible car lot.
