Very inefficient delivery process. Save yourself the headache and shop at another store. The associates at the local store do not know whats going on ever, and getting anyone to help on the phone is hopeless. Lowes needs to polish their delivery process. You either get defective products, or don’t get the product at all.2/6/24 Update: Our order was delivered after some mishaps.

Don't ever purchase appliances from Lowe's, any location. If you pay cash, you have 48 hours to report defective itemsAnd the salesperson will not tell you this is their policy. Furthermore, the corporate customer service department will not help you either. You bought it, it's yours, you keep it whether it works or not, they do not care and WILL NOT provide customer service.1-31-24 In response to the "Response from the owner" - TOTAL CRAP - Lowe's got their money $ 527.86 for the range - and an additional $ 396.61 for a protection plan, that is no good. All I keep getting told is that they don't make exceptions to their appliance returns (note - due to a kitchen remodel - the stove was taken out of the box 7 days over the 30 day "return window") - that is, for some they do but not everyone.... I will make sure every builder and contractor I know knows how little Lowe's truly cares about their business - they just want your money.

Very clean store.Great product line if you can find what you are looking for.If you need help with a trade specific question, you better allow much, much time to get assistance as workers seemed to vanish when they saw us coming.

Couldn't even give me a part number They told me to call kobalt myself Which I did And they told me to call Lowe's Then Lowe's told me I had the wrong phone number And it gave me somebody's personal number I'm done shopping here Done wasting my money and my time here You guys owe me my wasted time and parts for my air compressor that you don't know part number too. Good job
