If you want specific designs, go elsewhere. I normally do basic and been going here for years. BUT today not even sure of the guy name. He did excellent on my pedicure. But failed to inform me he couldn’t do the design I desired and played on my nails and the design outcome was HIDEOUS! He became upset because I asked him to take it off and he should have told me that he couldn’t do it and I would have chosen something else. Only for the design to have pink and I had just received a pedicure with pink gel polish I still needed pink. Instead of him attempting to do a basic design he chose to paint the entire nail pink. I then tell him I have never hated my nails since coming here. Upon checking out I ask the guy who was in charge he points to the owner wife and she shakes her head no and begin to laugh and at this point, NOTHING was funny. They do not accommodate for their mishaps not even attempting to make things right. After a while they finally asked Jennifer to “attempt” for an additional $10 and more time wasted. If you want a rushed job, poor customer service, lack of skills, and basic nails this is most definitely the place for you.

I have always been able to get my nails done expeditiously! Dave has done a fabulous job repairing damage done by dip processes from years of use. always very pleased!

So for the last few times I have been here they was really nice and the my nail tech David is so sweet. Today unfortunately I was disappointed in my services I asked for a pedicure and a full set. The lady they assigned to me didn’t ask what kind of pedicure I wanted she just did whatever she wanted to do. Then when I tried to correct it after it was already done they tried to ask me which one I wanted ??. Mam the service was over by then. The while she was drilling my toes she cut my skin. No blood but every time some chemical got around it it burned so bad. She didn’t apologize which is fine. Word of advice don’t ignore ur customers needs or concerns
Cleanliness: She used an old foot scrubber on my feet which really pissed me off so I know from now on I will not stay silent. I know how to respect my elders so I just stayed silent the rest of the service
Stylist: I don’t know her name but she was very committed to doing her best and she wasn’t concerned about my needs at all.

They gave me one price at first… added more designs than desired then tried to tried to charge me 10 dollars more . And the design wasn’t even top tier. So make sure to tell what you want , ask a price and make sure you retell them the price they gave you at the beginning.

Friendly yet professional. I have been 2 times for hands and feet. Both times completely satisfied. Gel full set did not chip. They stayed on 25 days. Not once did the tech’s nick my fingers or toes. I didn’t have an appointment and the wait time was about 4 minutes each time. I do recommend. I have enjoyed them and going back today.

Never ever go here! My mom and I went as first time customers for a gel pedicure. My not even 2 days later my mom's gel toenail polish was chipping, they offered to fix but, the same night my mom's toenail cracked in 1/2!!! My mom went for a refund and basically the general manager would not even give her name as her and her employees tried to gang up on my mom. I'm not having that! BEWARE, STAY AWAY
