Staff were very prejudice and discriminatory. They called me over the phone early this morning and left a vm asking me to come in for an early appt. I called back and agreed to come in early. I arrived 15 mins before my appt time. There was one person ahead of me. When I walked in they didn’t acknowledge me. I’m AA and a Caucasian woman walked in behind me. They acknowledged her and skipped me to take care of her and her pet. The Caucasian woman told them mid conversation that I was there before her. They claimed they didn’t see me even though me, my son, and pet were inside and the space was so small that I could reach out and touch them. So eventually they get my pet information, feels him and says he’s matted but they will still be able to take care of him they would wash him trim his face, but they wouldn’t cut his body too low because he’s matted. I agreed. They leash him and take him to the back. Me & my son leaves and when we are almost home(10-15 minutes later) the “lead groomer” calls me back saying she can’t cut him because he’s too matted, she’s not that experienced, he’s too scared, Maybe her boss could cut him, & then eventually says I need to take him to the vet where they can give him “meds” to calm him for a cut. Excuses on top of excuses. Made me drive back & pick up my pet without even touching him. Not even a wash. I know prejudice still exists but never thought I would experience this from a franchises pet store. This is just unacceptable and bad for this company altogether to be treated in this manner.

What a great petdad shopping experience this store is. I have horrible social anxiety and it never gets triggered here due to being around so many animals and animal lovers. From the friendly and knowledgeable managers in Angel and Tim to the cashiers and stockers like Donna and Alejandra and Maddy, this store provides the least amount of hassle in my pet care day to day for my dog Honey. Aside from her excellent customer service, Alejandra is also a Spanish speaker so that makes being as detailed as possible with my pet care questions that much easier, as Spanish is my first language and English is my second language. Nate and Deedee never bat an eye to show me what treats and toys would be best for my Honey girl. I commend this store and its employees. They all deserve raises. Si no hablas inglés, no hay falla, solo busquen a la empleada que se llama Alejandra, y ella si sabe hablar español y te ayuda con lo que sea.

This location is always clean and well organized and stocked! They stay on top of any back dated stock too, which is always nice. Everyone is friendly but Ms. Donna in particular always makes my day.

This is our 2nd time getting groomed. And I most say each time has been great! Jayden truly does an amazing job! I explain to her just wht I wanted and she delivered! I'm happy and so is Oliver!
