Expectations not high = Expectations met. Not terrible. Mix of friendly employees and some lackadaisical warehouse workers. Biggest negative is lack of parking for trucks seems they could easily provide some parking on property but you should be able to find parking on street just outside the entrance although it looks like a 3rd world country or maybe that’s just much of Alabama. Piggly Wiggly trucks trying to leave in front of docks make it a little congested. Expect influx of employees arriving around 4:30am

5am delivery. Done and paid at 1130. $300 lumper. Forgot to mention, guards and people in the warehouse were nice. Just slow in there

On m’y 5 years driving I never see place like this
I will advise everyone driving truck to avoid this place if you don’t have 2 free days to give a way

Do not arrive earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Then check in with the security guard and he will give you the door number. After you docked, go to the office to register. A “do not move” sticker will be placed on the windshield.Fast unloading and long wait for paperworks.

Parking along side of the road (ignore No Trucks sign) that's the road that leads to entrance to Piggly. Yes apparently randos come knocking around 0100 for me last night. Weird as the place is literally on a remote side road. Anywho..just ignore em. If you have a 0500 you can start lining up at 0430 and they'll wave you in in turns. Get a door and they'll tell you where to go for lumpers. Then the usual text msgs for lumper payment. Huge kudos to the team there this morning 6/14/24 when I told them I had a last stop on a multi outside Atlanta for noon. They had me out by 0630. 5 ?

Three hours to unload paid $ 310 lumpers fee ? no overnight parking there's a truck stop about 15 minutes away

Gotta say the people here are nice no hassles no problem checking in or getting unloaded but after you pay the Lumper fee it seems like it takes forever to get your paperwork it's like they don't realize we only have so many hours in our day to drive the longer it takes us here the less time we have to make our next pickup or delivery we don't get paid by the hour like they do something needs to change.

Be careful with this place they will steal your load locks they litterly took all mine didn't even snap to it till I got down the road to my next pickup. Make sure you check your trailer when you get unloaded they will steal your load locks

Worst place ever go to check in at guard shack at 430am for a 5am appointment was turned away because they were already behind schedule before they even opened. Was told we'll let you know when you can go in. Nobody came go back to check in at 7am waited for 2hrs before I was able to get a door. 4.5 has later still sitting in door. Already paid lumper fee . Went into ask for paperwork and was told still receiving load
